Cozy but a bit hot”

My stay in one avenue was satisfied, however the air condition was slightly dissatisfying because it's not functioning well. Overall is satisfied. Room located above Nanak stall that serves good food.. 7-11 is located opposite hotel where bring a lot convenient and quite strategic to the mines shopping complex and aeon mall... Overall is satisfied. B

Have to climb stairs, therefore not user friendly to physically challenged customers. Otherwise, very clean, spacious, comfortable bed, clean linen, friendly receptionist...very impressive! Tq one avenue hotel.....

The hotel is very comfortable. Not noisy. Has hair dryer, electric kettle, water heater. Cloth iron and water dispenser are privided at the coridor of the floor. Many shops near the hotel so it was very easy to find food. However there are some dusts on the table. This is my second time staying here and i've got dusts on my table for both times. Plus the hotel do not has elevator, so it is not suitable for old folks. Other than that, are completely awesome

Hotel is simply nice but on the day of our stay there is one room fighting they spoilt our stay, I was literally suffering from headache because of their noise, but as usual it's a peaceful place, didn't want to bother the reception asking about the figh tho......

Hard to get the same level of hotel with the same or lower price”

Easy to find parking, Location is nice, convenient shops like 7-eleven and restaurants are around, very near The Mines Shopping Mall, Interior design is very nice, Room is big enough, Toilet is clean and water from the shower is big enough, Many facilities like hair dryer, locker, refrigerator (even though I don't use), Comfortable bed and room, Nice staff. Basically it is really enough with this price, highly recommended!

Pros: clean ,wide place,nice decorations along the corridor very homey feel Cons: too bad the day I check in the room wasn't ready to be check in aka haven't clean yet and they allow me to check in, kinda shock as there r ants on floor probably previous occupant spilt something sweet on floor and bed was untidy, despite with the badluck,luckily the hotel owner apologize personally via phone and immediate clean up was done for that I give a recommendation to stil worth staying here Suggestions: probably setting up a lift will be better as it is easier for people with heavy luggage as well as elderly

Budget Boutique Hotel”

A nice theme in the Hotel interior, exactly like what you see from the pictures. Mines shopping center is a short cab/taxi ride away, hotel staff is friendly and will help you arrange for transportation to get around. Room and hotel has security features. Also has en-suite bathrooms. Overall, a decent price for a decent budget boutique hotel.

A standard hotel inside a motel ”

The hotel room itself was neat and tidy yet supplying amenities that are usually rare in motel such as coffee and tea bags. However it would be better if the hotel can provide sanitary bag and soap instead of soap from dispenser. Also the parking would be a hectic problem cause this hotel is located at busy street.

Caring staffs”

I have left my daugther milk powder inside the room after check out. About 10 days later, I come back to the hotel with the same room. The counter staff ask me did I left anything for my last trip. I saw the milk powder was packed nicely and return to me. Thank you so much!

The hotel does not provide the lift. No private parking for the customers. And we forced to park our car at the very narrow street just in front of the hotel. But their staff are very friendly and the facilities of the hotel is quite good.

Small hotel with complete facilities ”

Clean and complete room. Very nice and helpful staffs. Fast check in. They also provide PC with internet and printer FREE. I was there to attend a meeting and need some job to print. Luckily they provide everything for free. The room a lil bit small but suit with the cheap price. Furnitures are new. No breakfast provided but there is a big restaurant downstairs with all foods you want. Need to climb up stairs but staffs are there to assist you with your luggage.

Shower pressure very good in room 107 for 3pax to stay. Except the hotel has no lift so I request one level up from lobby so only climb one level

Nice stay with good price . Facilities is awesome with this kind of price . Staff also very friendly with good hospitality . Location near to mamak restaurant , 7e , speedmart , dobby & not too far from mall . Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent value”

Excellent. Room is relatively large and very comfortable. Has many amenities like hairdryer, fridge, safe deposit box. ID is very nice too. Only thing location is at a slumpy area. But there are nice eateries here. For its price, thumbs up!

Worth for the price”

The hotel is in good condition and great location. You can reach restaurant for your meals easily. But, the towels provided by the hotel is a bit dirty. There are black spots on the towels.

Well worth the price , only thing is, tge place is a bit off the main road, so its easier if you ha e a car . Other thn tht really worth it, theres a 7 eleven and a mamak downstairs
