Exceptional”
We only spent a night here on our enroute to Sapporo. The room is more like a service apartment with a kitchenette and a small living room. The room is clean, spacious and there is a female staff at the reception area who can speak a very good English and helpful. This is a plus as we always have difficulty to get the hotel staffs in Japan generally to understand us due to language barriers. The location is fine as we drove a car there. The hotel is very near the hot air balloon activity area and a famous soba noodles place, Rakuichi Soba.

Big rooms, good prices”
A big ski hotel that wishes to be a full-service operation and I appreciate the efforts. The breakfast buffet is routine and tiresome; we dare not try the dinners for fear of disappointment. The onsen is very good, with alternate male-female days for the one sauna. The waters are hotter on one of the pools and it is not on purpose, I think. On our next visit I will try to secure a last-minute deal. Their regular rates are sky-high so we will always look for a 50% reduction, which is often available. The kitchens are very good and there is spaghetti available in the hotel shop. We are always happy that we bring a car.

Lovely stay over Christmas ”
We just spent 5 days in the one niskeo towers resort in a family room which was spacious and well appointed. We had rented a car so were able to get around easily to all the ski resorts and didn’t have to rely on any shuttle bus. Ski rental was also arranged via the hotel and the owner very helpful. Single point of improvement would be to gas heaters in the rooms. Although they looked top notch and efficient, radiators would be preferred as opposed to gas heaters as difficult to regulate.

Was impressed by size of room - spacious and included a dining area, kitchen and living area. Hot spring was nice and cozy, amenities provided were sufficient. Staff were polite and the breakfast was not too bad. Only thing it’s abit far from civilization and not walking distance to anywhere (esp in the snow storm!).

First and foremost, It is not a ski-in/out hotel. There are only couple of shuttles in the morning transporting us from hotel to annupuri/hilafu ski area (8:50/9:15/10:35). Same for returning bus, after skiing in Hilafu, if you wanna walk around the hilafu area or have dinner there, you needa make sure you finish your meal and get to the nearest shuttle stop (hilafu welome centre/ hilafu lawson) by 19:45. You better have a plan before heading out. Fortunately, it got a small kitchen allows you to cook (you still needa buy grocery from Hilafu though). Nothing much to buy at the hotel or nearby. Other than that, great hotel with cozy room. The studio room i booked is big enough for 5-6 people to live in it.

We have 2 shuttle bus running all day between the hotel and all the main ski area including Hirafu. But as Hirafu is located at 40 minutes drive from the hotel, it is difficult for us to offer more drop-off and pick-up from at this location. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your room. This place was good even up the hill,next to Moiwa ski u can just walk and not much people there conpared to Grand Hirafu..staff was very helpful and can help you with any of your quieries..the Cons is u need to go out for dinner and lunch but the hotel will gladly help you out to send you to the place if u arrange earlier..I definitely will return here if i come here again

We love the hotel atmosphere..quiet n warm..it provide everything u need. Love the onsen in the open air with natural surrounding. The breakfast is good also. The only downside is the location, not close to any restaurants or shops..hv to wait for their shuttle bus or drive out. But the hotel has its own mini shop n restaurant too.

Overall, I'm very happy with the value of money this resort provides me. Therefore, I always come back twice a year for my ski trip purpose. The only down side about this resort is they don't bother to wash the dish plates and they don't care about changing the pajamas even though I stayed there for more than a week everytime. Obviously it's a big far for Hirafu side but if you are renting a car or perhaps can cope with the shuttle bus schedule I would really recommend this resort for its room space and comfort.

One Niseko Towers rooms were spacious, clean, and warm . Breakfast buffet was wonderful( but crowded.) The staff was always eager to help with questions or concerns. Onsen was fabulous morning and night! The only drawback was that there wasn't a shuttle to take you to a restaurant and the cabs were very costly. It would not prevent me from returning to this spot, it is great.

The staff was What stood out the most on my stay. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left I have never felt so welcomed or catered to in all my life. If there was an issue it was solved. If I had a question it was answered. If I needed anything the staff was willing to find a way to help. Everyone from the cooks, the servers, the house keeping, the bartenders, the front desk, the concierge, to the drivers all A+ workers and people. The room was clean and the hotel even cleaner. It was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even with a record low snowfall spirits were high in the hotel, thanks to the staff. The only downside was it’s a little out of the way for the 4 Niseko resorts, as in not ski in ski out, except for Moiwa. Unless you have a car you have to plan around the bus schedule, which runs frequently and gets you where you need to be in minutes. I was there in the 3rd week of January 2020 and when I go back I would definitely stay at One Niseko Resort Towers again!
