Wonderful family staycation with excellent service”
We had an awesome stay at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel! Totally exceeded our expectations for an unassuming hotel, as they won our hearts big with their thoughtfulness, many times throughout the 3D2N stay. First, upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by staff Mardiana and Nigel, who surprised our kids with ice cream as we were waiting for our keys. The hosts had kindly upgraded our booking to a Family Suite! Next, we were pleased with how huge the suite was, complete with surprise kits placed at every corner of the room, from craft to colouring, and snack boxes to keep the children entertained. Personally written cards were placed in the room to welcome us for our stay and give us peace of mind in the sanitisation. The room and bath area was very clean and well maintained and the beds were so comfortable. The staff we met at Orchard Hotel Rendezvous were all very friendly and genuine. We will highly recommend this for all families with children, and yes, we will be back!

Impeccable Service”
Your staff from front office to F&B right down to concierge have changed my views about hospitality/ service in Singapore! For that, I must thank you. Encik Arshad was awesome!. It was already midnight when I finished making an online booking for Universal Studios; only to discover that I needed to print out the tickets. Your business centre was obviously closed. I called reception to ask for the opening hours of your centre. Encik Arshad asked whether he could be of service. I was delighted as I have to leave the hotel early the next morning! I have actually avoided visiting Singapore for the last 13 years. I've travelled to many parts of the world and by far the worst service/experience I've encountered was in Singapore and Paris. Though the Parisians have improved throughout the years, I was still sceptical about Singapore. Mandarin Orchard and Hilton@Orchard are two hotels that I will not patronised ever!. Thank you for a wonderful stay! You'll definitely be seeing more of us.

Clean and comfortable”
This was my first stay at the Orchard Rendezvous. I travel to Singapore 2-3 times a year and normally stay at the lower end of Orchard Road. This hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms were very comfortable. The beds were good, a nice reading chair and desk were provided. The reception staff and bellmen were most courteous. There was a leak in the shower head, and maintenance was there within 10 minutes to repair/replace it. Plus, the hotel is within 10-15 minutes walking distance of some very fine restaurants and shopping. The Coffee Bean and Leaf is just next door (2 minute walk) and serves 24 hour breakfast (very busy at breakfast time) and a Starbucks is across the street. Pubs within 5 minutes walk are the Drunken Poet and Muddy Murphy's. I will stay at the Orchard Rendezvous again on my next trip.

Value for money hotel at Orchard”
I booked this hotel with a promotion price from agoda. It was really a deal, having stayed in a lovely hotel in a good location at orchard. The hotel surrounded by some other more higher rating hotels, which i believe will cost a lot more. This hotel impressed me from the beginning, check in was smooth and hotel staffs are friendly. The room is spacious, have big lcd tv, i think it's a 42 inch lcd tv, and i love the amenities which is from the harn and thann spa thailand. Sure Far East hospitality have maintained and managed this hotel well. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again, in fact, i'm tempted to try other Far East hospitality managed hotels.

A wonderful time in Singapore”
We very much enjoyed our short stay in the Orchard Parade-A Far East Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, well eqipped and very big. The staff were firendly and helpful (apart from the point of being disturbed many times when my young son was asleep in the afternoon after requesting a late check out). The whole settling was beautiful and the location ideal for us (to walk to Orchard Road and the Botanical Gardens). We ordered one room service meal which was of a high standard and brought within a reasponable time. I have already recommended this hotel to others and I will definately stay again if in Singapore.

Lovely Staycation”
Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel along Orchard Road. There are many eateries, cafes as well as two 7-Elevens near to the hotel. In addition to the convenience, hotel staff were also friendly and accommodating with room upgrading and late check outs. We had a nice view of the pool and surrounding greenery from the deluxe room with balcony. Special thanks to Mr Samy for his warm, timely and thoughtful service. Kids were delighted with complimentary treats such as ice cream and drinks at the pool. Orchard Rendezvous far exceeded our expectations. We had a calm, lovely and relaxing staycation here and will recommend it to families with children.

This Rendezvous Orchard is located on the beginning of Orchard road, where there are many attractive place such as shopping centers, restaurants, massage and intertainment club. The botanical garden, the hospital and hotels are quite near. The service of hotel is also good as the staffs are very pleased to assist the guests. This hotel is recommended for tourists who want to visit Singapore in all seasons !

Great Location”
This hotel is really value for money comparing the prices of all the other nearby hotels. The location is fantastic given it is at the start of Orchard Road and still outside the ERP gantry, For shoppping, there are many malls nearby with Forum Galleria right opposite it. Just another 7 mins walk down is ION Orchard one of the newest and most outstanding mall in the entire Orchard Road stretch. Orchard MRT is right at the basement of the mall and it can take you to all parts of Singapore from there. Food wise there are plenty to choose from at the hotel itself. For Japanese there is Akashi restuarant which is right at the side of the hotel. On the ground level there is also Modesto which is an Italian restuarant. Room is spacious but some parts of it needs a renovation. Service staff is good and helpful. Highly recommend to those looking for shopping and more shopping.

great stay at great location ”
Stayed at Orchard Parade Hotel for the second time and still very pleased about the service and value for money at this hotel. Booked a room as a Club guest but was moved to 12th floor due to ongoing renovations on the top floor. Renovations only caused minor noise for us and stopped at 6pm each night. The buffet breakfast food was good and plentiful and with no delays with receiving a table each morning. The room provided was clean and enough room for two people and luggage. The hotel highlight on our stay was the staff and their always excellent and positive attitude towards the guests. I would like to mention John at the reception when we arrived. Took about 3mins and plenty of smiles. The club bar/cafe was managed by Ex & Celeste and they were a credit to the hotel. Ran into Celeste on our second last day at a local cafe and she took the time to come over to say hello and wish us a safe trip home. This kind of service is only provided by someone who like what they are doing and even "off duty" represents the hotel proudly. Because of these things and especially Celeste and her colleagues, we will be returning to Orchard Parade Hotel again in the future

Lovely place to stay in Singapore”
The reasons i chose this hotel are because of the price and location. I was surprised with the reviews from unsatisfied customers in Agoda but i decided to go ahead with my booking (which im glad i DID!!!). The ladies at the front desk are so lovely, the check in and check out process took less than 5 minutes. i have requested for king bed and they even upgraded my room. Facilities provided are top notch, the pool is so nice. Bonus point is the hotel has free parking!!! For someone who doesnt drive, taxi is easy to get in front of the hotel. Another bonus point is the location, its located nearby all the hotspot area in Orchard. Coffee bean and starbucks are just a stone away from hotel. It is also within walking distance with all the popular malls. Would definitely stay in this hotel again whenever im in Singapore.

"Great location buy Superior room was too small"”
my family and i had a blast in singapore. we're a family of six (3 adults & 3 children). we booked two superior rooms at orchard parade hotel at night which turned out to be really small for us. we got an upgrade to 2 executive rooms for head per night. the staff was great specially the filipinos who were very hospitable. the food in the hotel was really good too. we had a problem making an advance purchase of tickets to universal studios but miraculously when we got there the concierge had tickets for out 3rd day stay. must see: science discovery, sky park at marina bay sands, snow city, and night safari.

Orchard Parade Hotel is very accessible. From the airport to the hotel is just an MRT ride away. A good 12 minute walk from the MRT terminal to the hotel is worth a while. The hotel has a very lovely facade that caught my eye. I could see the people at the hotels restaurants enjoying their food and drinks. The crowd caught my eye that made me want to taste the food in Modesto's and indeed it was good! Cleanliness is always the key in staying in a hotel and Orchard Parade Hotel achieved the cleanliness that I expected. There is nothing best but to relax in a nice cozy and clean room. If one would go back to visit Singapore, Orchard Parade Hotel is the place they could find the total relaxation in a vacation.

Perfect for what I wanted”
Very good hotel and great location, good value for money. My wife and I were in Singapore for a short get away and the hotel was perfect for what we wanted, she could shop to her hearts content and we were always close to great restaurants and bars. There is a pool which is clean and never crowded, the gym is decent but could maybe use an upgrade to some of the equipment. The room is a good size for a couple with everything you could need, although when we first checked in we were told it was a non smoking room but when we got in the room it had a smell of a stale ash tray and when I tried to call to complain I could not get through so I had to go back down to reception. I was given a new room right away and an apology. The other thing was that where my room was, to get to it I had to climb 6 stairs to get to the back of the hotel which is not so good if you are carrying heavy bags. But saying that I would definitely stay in the orchard parade hotel again. It is also situated close to orchard MRT which makes it easy to get around Singapore and there are always taxi's available if you don't feel like taking the MRT although taxi's are expensive compared to the MRT and the MRT can get you to just about anywhere in Singapore. We spent some time in Clark Quay which was easy to get too from the hotel and we ate at the Steakhouse which was the best steak dinner I have ever eaten, we watched a couple going on the sling shot which looked like fun, and had ice cream at hagen daz. We also went to Boat Quay and ate indian food by the river one afternoon and then had a beer t the Manchester United supporters club bar. There are many cinemas close to the hotel if you fancy watching a movie, they are all good cinemas with the latest movies. Or hard tower is just across the road for some alternati e entertainment. Muddy Murpheys and Ballimoons are close by and are excellent bars to have a drink in, they also show the latest sports. There is always bands playing in the various bars

Top Notch Hotel!”
On arrival at 12am we were upgraded to a deluxe room which was fantastic! We were provided with an international adaptor free of charge upon request and were personally shown to our room and shown our room functionality by a staff member. The room was very clean and comfortable and the king size bed was beautiful to sleep on. We ordered breakfast to our room and the servings were huge! The location on Orchard road is fantastic and the view outside is great overlooking a very busy Singapore city! I would definitely stay in this hotel again upon my return to Singapore!

The hotel is renew and change his name into Orchard Rendezvous , but most of taxi driver didn’t know this hotel’s name. They still knew its old name “Orchard Parade Hotel”. The room was spacious, clean, staff were excellent, breakfast just okay, and its take 15minutes to walk to Tanglin Mall or 30minutes to walk to Takashimaya or Lucky Plaza.
