Good location, helpful staff, best breakfast. We had trouble with their aircon (if someone uses heater first, then only heater can be used for that day), but they provided us with electric fan instead, and made sure to fix it (ie. provide us with cooler) the next day. We were there in May.

Mediocre hotel with Excellent breakfast”

The hotel is decent in terms of the attentive staff, car park available, and very nice breakfast. But the facilities are a bit old. Bathroom/toilet is tiny (typical Japanese hotel size). Bedroom is spacious. Walkable distance to the main shopping street and famous Hirome Market.

A good starting point for scenic spots in Kochi.”

At first, we had hesitation of booking the hotel as it was far away from the JR Kochi Station. However, we could take the tram free with our Shikoku Rail Pass and enjoy a city tour of Kochi on the way. And we could start to visit the Kochi Castle immediately after check-in the hotel.

Nice breakfast.”

This is what you normally get from a typical hotel in Japan. The room is tiny yet everything is included. The hotel it self is located at the central area of Kochi. What I like about the hotel is that they offer free rental bike for guests. Surprisingly, the best part of my stay was the breakfast.

it was a long weekend getaway cum staycation in city centre although i stay in the suburb... the room was clean and neat. the bed was very comfortable. i had a good rest for two nights. there was also wifi connection. so, i could surf the internet and skype with friends and love ones. the breakfast was decent but i would prefer a more international type of breakfast or a change of menu everyday within a week. i definitely recommend to those who want a comfortable room without much facilities.

City hotel in fairly good location.”

Overall room and hotel were acceptable. But hotel has strict cancellation policy. There is no flexibility in shortening your booking even if it is more than 72 hrs for the days that u intend to cancel. My advice is to not to book more than 2 nites at one go.

Good Hotel In A Central Location”

This hotel is a bit old and the decorations are showing their ages. However, the rooms are very big, and comfortable. Cleaniness can be improved. It is in a good location next to shopping and restaurant districts. It is a good hotel for the money, but it lacks any defining characters to invite guests to come back again for future visits.

朝食がとても美味しい”

朝食付きで頼むのがべストです！部屋とか設備は並です。シャンプーリンス、ボディーシャンプーはメーカー品だと思います。ＤＨＣだと思います。出張の多い私ですが結構オススメできるホテルの一つですね！

朝食がとにかく最高”

エアコンはよく聞いていました！シャワー水圧が少し弱い。部屋は清潔ですが禁煙室でも少し匂いがしてました。しかしそれらすべてを打ち消すように朝食が最高でした！是非試してもらいたい！

2泊しましたが朝食はバイキング形式で好きなものが食べれてすごく良いです、部屋は寝るだけとおもぅていましたが、部屋の内装にカビやシミがあり、老朽化を隠せません。部屋のテレビも小さく見ずらいです。観光ホテルとゆうよりは、長逗留の建設労働者用のビジネスホテルといった感じです。朝食がおいしいだけに少し残念です。
