Better than what I expected”

The room is quite clean, no weird or strange odor from the bedsheets or the toilet. But there was a cockroach crawling the next morning......Other than that the hotel is okay since the price is really low.

The the is good although I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. Cafe is nice and the staff seems solid. It's worth staying at and well priced.

Excellent”

Room was cozy and clean. Adequate for a simple stay as we booked due to its location - close to the wedding hall we needed to attend. Wish there was a full-length mirror in the room, or at least another mirror other than the one in the bathroom.

The location is good. Plenty of Restaurant to choose from and not far from the Inn there is Aeon (Jusco).

Ample free parking lots outside. Breakfast too basic & simple. Carpet inside room feel unpleasant without in room slipper.

The room and toilet condition is definitely clean and tidy. Quiet environment. Very easy to find parking lot outside. Staffs are friendly. Love the design of the cafe. But need to increase the portion of the breakfast.

Clean Hotel, Good Service, only walls are too thin”

I was back at my parents and I chose this hotel as my house is too crowded. Clean, nice ambiance but the walls are quite thin, and I can hear clearly people talking along the corridor. Should put a sign up to be quiet or less noise or something. Overall was a good stay.

The Cleanliness can be better”

First time stay in this inn, looks great at lobby, and acceptable for the room, yet there has lot mosquitoes in the room, and noisy construction next to my room in the morning.

The room is cold and the bed cozy. The shower has a heater problem in which the temperature isn't consistent even when cranked at max. The provided soap were coarse. The room was generally acceptable. The free breakfast was acceptable. There are ample parking and the environment is peaceful.

Location not realy in commercial area, need to walk about 20mins. Room was decent, relatively clean, breakfast was okay, not buffet of course. If u have to be in that area, this is the most decent hotel there

Overall the most important the room and toilet must be clean and tidy but still found the room with smoking smell.

Cheap rates but rooms are quite dirty”

The staff service is good! Friendly and understanding. Very helpful! But the condition of the room are not so up to expectations. 1) The aircon is not functioning well. We had turn to the lowest temperature and the room still feel warm. 2) The carpets are quite old and dirty. There were some smell. 3) Toilet tiles not well maintained as you can see some stains. 4)And our last night stay @ the family room had some alive ants on the bed. Luckily the counter staff was willing to change another room for us. 5) The main road to highway tends to jam badly in the morning. Even on weekends. As for the Breakfast, there do have a variety options but very small portions. We tried to asked for 2 extra slices of white bread but was turned down. Quite disappointed. Overall if you looking for something budget and concern about safety, this hotel might be an option.
