very friendly and high level for hospility

Great location in a historic village. Food was also very good, friendly and flexible staff.

Opening times could be better, morning service was little slow in restaurant.

The food is poor, not easy to find someone speaking english. Winery off duty and only 1 restaurant in town

It's a very nice hotel. Quiet place, spacious rooms, cute patio to enjoy a glass of wine, tasty wines, great wellness zone. We enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi in a company of 0 people for about an hour :) You can keep your wines in the fridge in the room, cool. A guy from the reception was very nice and helpful though had some difficulties with English (it's OK :). A woman from the restaurant was attentive and helpful as well. There's parking outside, grocery's store in 200 metres. A short ride from Mad (there's a great Bistro!), Boldogkoi var (it's a MUST!), Disznoko (must plus there's a great restaurant), Tokaj, Tarcal etc.

One day breakfast was 20 min late (Started 8:20) and people were literally storming the food :D Next day we arrived at 9 to avoid this fighting, and indeed it was very quiet but... almost no food left :D They cooked scrambled eggs for us and after all we were fine (asked for some black tea and forks :)) Just don't expect someone will be waiting for you there after 8:45. Try to get as early as possible if you prefer a variety. There was some trash left after previous guests in the big trashcan in the room. There's no air conditioning but it was around 25 degrees in the room. One double bed, in reality, is 2 single beds put together and, being on the wheels, they roll away from each other very quickly. Might be uncomfortable :)

Inner yard, room size, food and wine list, friendly staff and generally it is a tasteful place.

Breakfast could have included egg dishes for this price. Lots of mosquitoes. Double bed with two separate mattresses (why do most hotels insist on this?!)

Huge room for the family, extra bed and cot bed provided upon request.

Room key is still the old heavy one and you are expected to carry it with yourself as Reception is not 24/7.

The place itself is nice, clean and quiet.

We’ve paid premium price for 2 nights with breakfast. Only once we arrived we found out that the hotel is actually closed, there is no reception, no access to wellness. The bar, reception and wine tasting are all closed throughout the week. We obviously arrived on Sunday evening and were welcomed by receptionist to only gives us the key from our room who explained the breakfast is in the fridge in our room. (Baguette and fruit) We were in the famous Tokaj wine region but we couldn’t even open a bottle of wine as there was no bottle opener, no glasses, no coffee or tea for us to enjoy. The second day they opened the restaurant to serve breakfast but if I didn’t pass by I wouldn’t know this was actually happening. The whole experience was plainly bad even tho the place is actually nice. I wouldn’t recommend to come here during the week but assume the experience over the weekend can be somehow better. But I won’t find out as I won’t come back.

Calm area, peaceful village

Staff is absent during most of the day, very limited services, spa was closed in the evening and also due to maintenance. Breakfast is ok but also limited in terms of selection. Receptionist is not too service minded. Overall this property is not the best selection in the area...and limited value for money (especially if Eur/Huf rate is inadequately used by management)

Friendly staff, very silent and nice area. It is a good starting point for visiting the near turist spots. I liked much the restaurant. The menu is relatively short, but the food is excellent. I'll come again for sure.
