Clean and tidy. Staff are nice n polite. Good location. 30sec walk to metro. One station to the city heart. Unlimited hot spring from 6 to 24 Paid private hot spring available. Asian breakfast with large variety. Unlimited Noodle and beer served from 2200 to 2300 Umbrella, notebook, pocket wifi available free of charge. Self service Laundry available Room size is ok. All day free drinks. Just no car park. No 24hr hotspring n no outdoor hot spring .

Great hotel with reasonable price”
We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel room is quite spacious for Japan’s standard. The room is very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and convenience store are just around the corner. Walk a little and you can reach denden town. Metro station is also not too far from the hotel. Overall it’s a great hotel with a reasonable price. We will definitely stay there again if we are in osaka

Clean & good location -highly recommend”
The front staff were very helpful despite my very limited Japanese language skills. Didn't need to know a single word of Japanese though I did. Room is phenominally clean. The hotel is brand new but does not have any of the bad smells that sometimes are associated with new paints, and surfaces. Nothing but a pure clean smell with no chemicals and I am very sensitive to that issue. Also has an opening window for fresh air. Great shopping center next door (Tamade) with lowest price groceries, veggies & fresh sushi in town. Outstanding view from high floor. Staff went out of their way to help us. Excellent shopping center across the street with a good choice of low cost food. Right next door to Ebisucho station. Would love to stay again. This place is a little gem. Quiet. Free hot spot, free phone with internet, free bikes. With some small effort you can make a path down quieter alleys down toward Duttonberry Street which is the key nightlife center. Would highly recommend.

A Ridiculous steal for the money”
Free ramen at 10pm w/ open bar that is absolutely massive. We got the room for $115USD a night. I'm not sure how with breakfast included, late night ramen, and a hour open bar this hotel makes money. But I'm not gonna complain because that open bar was hella fun - asahi dry on tap, Japanese whiskey, cocktail mix, wine, plum wine, sake, and souju. Rooms were tiny like every Japanese room, but very clean and very modern. If you're on the Shinsekai side, you get great views of Tsutenkaku tower. The free onsen is detached, but just across a small street. It only has one type of hot tub and one cold tub, but it's large, infused with fruit, and extremely modern and clean. If you want something fancier you're less than 10 minutes walking from Spa World - which is Disneyland of onsen. This hotel is by major stations on both private lines and JR. Can't be beat.

Our hotel room's flooring are japanese style for the guests happy. We have a rooftop with very nice view. The hotel is new open. what i like most is "Free beer and ramen at night". Hotel is less than 10 minute from Namba station by taxi. It is near Underground, very easy to travel around the city Room is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall score (in my opinion) 10/10

Hotel is very close to Ebisucho train station and a walkable distance from Dotonbori. Rooms are spacious, modern and have a great view of Osaka. Guests are offered complimentary pocket wifi as well as free ramen and alcohol every night from 10pm to 11pm!

EXCELLENT WITH A FEW CONCERNS”
The free ramen, beer and drinks from 10-11pm are great, and so are the free coffee, juices and softdrinks the whole day. We also got the free pocket wifi. The hotel is new and very clean and the staff aim to please. Great stay at great prices. The only drawback would be the throngs that came to avail the free ramen and drinks on the Friday and Saturday night we were there. The queue was quite long and it just became too chaotic so we skipped it altogether on those 2 nights. Otherwise, it was a good stay. It's a good walk to Dotonbori (20 mins) or take the subway (the station is just a few steps from the hotel) for 130yen 1-way.

Cozy and sweat place to stay”
I like the location, although it is not much restaurants around, but very quiet at night, the little market, family mart,a local supermarket and subway just right next to it, Tsutenkaku is 1mins away, kind of Showa atmosphere! The room is cozy and clean, have everything you need, hotel even provide free WiFi, free lamei, free beer and sake, the staffs are all sweat and helpful, I will stay in here if I Come to Osaka next time!

This is my our first time to Osaka. The hotel room is typical small Japanese one. Staff were very friendly. They come from HK, Korea, China and able to speak many languages. Every alternative day afternoon, the hotel offers Japan cultural activities. We learned to make Takoyaki and made on our own. The hotel also offered dressed in Yukata for free. The evening free of charge Ramen and drinks (including beer, wine and all kind alcoholic drinks) was just excellent! We like this hotel and enjoyed it

If you stay here, almost everything will be offered free. (e.g., pocket wifi, bicycle, drinks, ramen, cultural activities, and so on.) The best part is breakfast. It was much much better than one offered by luxury ryokan in its quality and quantity. Will consider this place when visiting Osaka again.

Hotel just about twenty meter from the subway. Location is good. Close to Tennoji JR anf subway Station with about 20 minutes walk. Room size is reasonable and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Will recommend to friends.

Nice traditional meet modern hotel that is within walking distance to nearest train. Tried hotel private hotspring. But 2,500¥ for 45mins is a bit pricy. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay at hotel.

We came back one evening & found that the room was not clean even though the sign for cleaning was posted on the door. Front desk said room cleaning was contracted out & always have problems. Management needs to review this.

The location is very good, just 50 m away from the Metro station. The evening or late night snack bar is fantastic! It offers Japanese noodles, soft drinks, cocktails, and Sake! BTW, it also has male/female SPA in the nearby building, but none went there when we were there!
