Lovely place for a family- quiet, clean and great value for money”

We have just stayed a week at Oscar Villas. There were four of us and the two bedroom villa was perfect for our needs. Everything at Oscar Villas was as advertised, and the staff were very helpful. They even helped me jump start my car after the car battery drained overnight! Our villa was cleaned every day , with fresh towels supplied and changes of bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with items such as cutlery and plates etc. There was also a microwave and very handy induction hob . Everything a family of four would need. The large fridge was stocked with drinks at very reasonable prices. Oscar Villas is about 10mins from Ao Nang beach so guests will either need to rent a bike or use the complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach. Oscar has bikes you can rent at good rates. We also purchased the Four Island Tour through the front office as we felt we could trust Oscar Villas. We were being quoted all sorts of rates in Ao Nang but we were not being told of the hidden costs. Some people on the tour were told before leaving for the islands in the morning that there was a 400bht fee per person to visit the marine national park that is part of the tour.Our ticket for the tour included the fee; so there were no nasty surprises for us on the day! Our tour also included a decent lunch and snorkelling. In all , it was great value for money. If you want a well priced , quiet, clean place to stay for a few days and relax and tour Krabi and the islands then Oscar Villas is ideal for you.

Very good place to stay”

We chose Oscar Villa because we were specifically looking for a place away from noisy and busy Ao Nang. Oscar Villa is about 10-15 minutes from the center and city beach. We rented motor bikes from Oscar Villa to be flexible and to visit all the other nice beaches on the coast. The staff was very friendly and always took care of any needs we had. We had a problem with one of the motor bikes (empty battery) when we were at Klong Muang Beach (30 minutes drive). They immediatly sent staff to restart the bike.We had a villa with two bedrooms (+bathroom and a living area with a small kitchen) in the new building next to the reception. It was not an individual villa as we expected when we booked. But that was no problem for us. Oscar Villa is not a 5* resort so many things people complain about in other reviews seem not at all appropriate to us. We would definitly return and the price for 8 nights in high season was by far the best for what we got.

hotel tersangat2 bersih... penyambut tetamu berebut nak angkat beg itu sangat kagum... xsngka hotel yg byr murah layanan 5star...hotel bersih..mini dapur yg sngat mesra pengunaan sangat berpuas hati... sarapan order by menu tapi boleh order smpai kenyang xde limit taw... kalau xnak makan kt hotel ada kedai makan halal berdekatan jalan kaki je... jauh dri aonang beach tapi xsusah nak dptkan public transport..ada shuttle free tapi ada limit masa... cadangan kpd pihak hotel :- kalau boleh tambahkan masa shuttle free ke aonang beach sebelah malam.. last shuttle 5.30ptg mcm awal sngat... lastly, im really happy with oscar villa... tq to all receptionst 4 ur kind attn n very owsome servce that i ever had.. they can speak malay n english very well.. defintly, i will come again...i give u 100000000 star... i really happy n enjoy to staying here gaissss...

Fantastic place with superb service and happy helpful staff”

Very friendly and helpfull staff!! They told us that their guests was their family, and we could really feel that! Always a big smile everytime we met the staff wether it was early in the morning or late in the evening. Free taxi service at given times during the day down to Ao Nang beach and they would also come and pick us up as long as we have agreed this with the taxi. It only takes 10 minutes down to sentre of Ao Nang beach with all of its noicy reasturants, shops and traffic. Nearby the Oscar Villa place you can also find both supermarkeds and small local reasturants.

Great Family Friendly Resort”

Just completed a 14 day stay at Oscar Villa, there were 3 of us me and my two kids 8 and 12 year olds. Was very pleased with the room we had a two bed room villa which gave the kids they're own room and space. The facilities are very good and the staff super friendly and helpful with very good room service and upkeep. The pool is very nice and clean and kids loved spending time in it everyday. I give Oscar Villa 5 starts accross the board even for location, it is a little further away from the beach but as we hired a scooter it was no problem to drive to the beach each day took about 5 minutes. Another bonus of the location is that Marco supermarket is not far from the resort when you wan to go shopping. If you are not confident on a scooter with kids they also offer shuttle services to beach and back at multiple times of the day. Will go again.

I'm staying with my parents, this is my 2nd time visit Krabi... Last time.. I'm staying at Ao nang area.... This time.., I'm staying at this hotel Oscar.. for 4d3n,the staff very kind, they give more information, and they also have packages for island hopping, car rental, and also near to restaurants, (also have restaurants) they clean our bedroom every day,.replenish our bottle of water, and they gv a best service for us... For me this is the best hotels to visit again..

Awesome Stay”

We stayed for 6 nights in this villa. It's just 10 minutes away from Ao Nang beach on bike. Located in a peaceful area. Rooms are well equipped with Kitchen, Safe-Locker, powerful AirCon, large bed, etc. Swimming pool is always clean. My booking included free breakfast which had good options to choose from. Tasty breakfast they served. Coming to people, Wanna (the head), Beer (office guy) and all other staff were always ready to help with smile. One can rent scooter for 250THB/24Hrs. They also offer free pick and drop facility to/from Ao Nang beach at fixed timings. Important thing to mention is that they offer island tours at cheaper price than others. Overall very calm and satisfying stay!

We enjoyed every moment we stayed at Oscar Villa, Hotel staff is wonderful they are really helpful and take keen interest to make experience worth a while. They have small town feeling, which is cultured into them and reflected by their actions... They helped us out with minute details of our iternary for canoeing, camping and ATV rides. They are honest and transparent not in their commercial dealings. We stayed in villa which was fantastic, interiors was done great with swimming pool access. Food at the villa is yummy and delicious. I'll recommend it my fellow travelers.

We were really pleased with how welcoming the staffs are. The facility was a little far from the main beach area. Nonetheless, the friendly staffs were very nice to provide tuhtuh services. Breakfast provided was very filling too! Even the tour packages that we engaged were worth each value, considering the rates we had compared to other tourists when we booked via Oscar villa. we really enjoyed the whole experience at Krabi.

Nice stay @ Krabi”

We are two families that coming to Krabi for a 5-day leisure trip. We enjoy our stay at Oscar Villa Aonang. We don't face any problem moving around as we have our own transport. Supermarket and local market are just nearby to shop whatever needed, food, beverages, grocery, etc. We really enjoy the massage and food in Krabi... we spent few morning sun-bathing at Aonang beach, it's really a relaxing trip for the family :-)

Luxury not too far from city”

Oscar Villa was great. The villas are clean. There’s good restaurant and for a reasonable price a few minutes walk. If you walk a bit more, you can get to a supermarket or Family Mart. The shuttle is great to get to the beach but they should add one around 7pm which would allow you to stay a bit later at the beach and see the sunset without having to find a taxi back. Also, if you have a kitchen provided with your room, you should make sure to have some cooking accessories like a non-sticky pan and all. Outside of that, our stay was perfect!

Great villa just outside of the town and beach. ”

Oscar villa was a win for us. We stayed 9 nights in a new 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and balcony. Pool is clean and there are lots of places to eat nearby. 3 free shuttles to the beach daily helped us avoid the local Taxi mafia that seems to exist in all thai tourist towns. The staff gave us a small gift and took our photos when we left. Oscar villa was a home away from home.

Hotel is about 45 mins away from Airport. We took Shuttle bus from Airport for THB 150 per person. This hotel is 10 minutes drive from Aonang beach. They have 3 shuttles at 9am, 12 noon and 5pm everyday for free. Return back immediately after they drop at Aonang beach. They were kind enough to drop one way at other times also, but return either we need to call them or take bike rikshaw at THB 200. Housecleaning done daily. Beware of mosquitoes. Keep insects repllent with you all the times. We went to Railey beach. Long tail boat from Aonang beach for THB 200 per person return. VIlla had full kitchen facility, fridge and every day 4 bottles water complimentary. Additional items keep in fridge is chargeable as you consume. Overall good stay and staff. Breakfast we took toast bread, fried rice, pan cakes, etc. They have 5 minutes walk convienience store in case you need to buy noodles or water, etc. Bicycles and Motorbike rental available at hotel.

The room I booked show picture of one queen bed and a single bed but I was given a room with 2 queen beds. 3 of us were staying but it was able to accommodate 4 people. I was given a villa away from the destination. It was about 500m away. I would only recommend you to book this villa if you are planning to rent a bike or a car. It's about 5 mins drive to Aonang Beach. parking can be difficult unless you rent a motorbike. If you move fast enough, 15mins drive to Krabi town is not a problem. all in all, it's clean, good staff, location is not too bad, best of all, it's very very affordable. Would not mind to come here again!

I'd say luxury villa with low cost”

Friendly staff, cheap price, nice villa (we book 2 bedroom villa) everything perfect in the house. The only shortcoming is it's bit far from center. Those who have transportation should got no problem. Btw they provide free transportation to ao nang beach every morning. Receptionist is very helpful. Receptionist can speak malay and help us to find good halal food.

Most Recommended Place in Krabi”

Everything was perfect , we enjoyed our stay . Spacious room , clean , complete utilities . The staffs are very helpfull and friendly , they always help us when we need something or in need of informations . This villa is recommended for families or group of friends , suitable for those who wants to get the week off in a quiet place . I would like to recommend to everyone who’s looking for quite place .This villa is really suitable .Very Good staff and villa is the best ever .by the way from villa to Aonang quite far around 10min by drive .But Don’t worry about transportation going to the aonang,They provide free shuttle bus only specific time drop and pickup .If u late coming back from outside ,just Whtsapp Them ,they will pickup u from Aonang town to the villa ,1person only 50bath ,Even you can tell them drop you to the town with 50bath only,And this villa they provide utensil to .So who’s feel hesitate to eat outside ,u can cook in the villa .Then about package to island you can book from this hotel to ,I take package Hong Island from outside only 900 bath (speed boat) per person include national fee,from this villa 950 include national fee ,so only dfrnt 50 bath different.So guys don’t think so much ,if u like to stay quite place please choose this hotel ,if u like night lifestyle can stay in the aonang town.

Perfect for family getaway”

Very convenient as laundry 50B/kg & tour package offered at the same place. They offer car rental as low as 1000B per day. No hassles at all. Tiring day tour end up dining at Oscar restaurant. Very nice authentic Thai menus especially the fried papaya salad, somtam, green curry. Our two bedroom comes with a kitchenette whc are fully equipped with hood n induction cooker. Drying rack at the balcony next to air-conditioning compressor fasten drying up our swimming suit for our nx following day island trip. Staffs are very helpful n some do speakMalay. Location a bit far from Aonang but near to Makro food services.
