Main Point on being 'Value for Money' is Diamond's Central Location All else emanates from their Location-On Silom Road A Plethora of Food Places and Restaurants for Every Taste abound around Diamond Residence Team that up with their Responsive and Friendly Staff as well as a Restaurant in House makes Diamond a Good Value for the Money. Even if the Wife needs a Hair Dryer? You need Hot Water(Boiling Pot) for an Early Cup of Coffee?You can Request these Items and Most of the Time You will be able to get them on Request as I did. My last Booking with Diamond was the Fourth within about 6 weeks or So.

Attentive staff”

I had two stays at the Diamond Residence Silom, totalling about 11 days. Both stays were very good. DRS is near so many things in Bangkok, and is fairly close to the SkyTrain. My room was just what I needed. The best thing about my stay was the attentive staff. They helped me when I needed help. The only bad thing was getting scammed for my laundry there. A plastic bag full of clothes cost me the equivalent of US$15.

I have stayed here before and always found the Diamond Residence to represent good value and a central location in Silom for business meetings etc.

The Location is Good......... So is the Responsive Attitude of the Staff-Also Good The Rooms are by and large fairly Clean with Clean Bedding Hair Dryer and Hot Water Kettle are on Hand with Request Food Places ,Restaurants and 7-11s Abound around Diamond Now if Some of the Guests could learn to act as Civilized Travellers- especially ones from China it would then be much Better.

i liked this hotel...nice rooms, well fitted out and new. the staff were quite lovely, very helpfull and smily. only a 5 or 10 minutes walk from the chong nonsi bts stop and its on silom rd, so youve got the markets just up the road

I just stayed here for 1 night but this place is so good and i will return of course. The location is good at Silom area and also on the main street which is easily to look for. The room is sooo spacious and clean which really satisfied me. Staff here is Thai at noon and foreign guys at night. Yep I will recommend this place for you!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”

this was my 4th time to stay at diamond residence,i like the place and the friendly staff,and was upgraded to a deluxe room.and reasonable rate too.although there are more than 50 tv chanells only 4 of them are in english and hope they change that syfy stupid channel with hbo for example. if you are not used to veg food you may not enjoy staying there,however having spent 6 years in india as manager for egyptair i am used to veg food and was no problem for me.

close to busy part of Silom but in quiet area. Building/rooms old and could use updating but kept clean, staff attentive and pleasant, no hassles, good value for price. The Indian restaurant was pretty good, (but vegetarian). A nice change from Thai food when needed. Had a few English TV channels.

Good Silom Hotel”

We stayed here for a week and discovered this hotel close to BTS and silom restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and bright. The only problem was television had only 8 channels, two in english. Hotel did provide adequate breakfast and internet and newspaper in lobby for guests. We would recommend this hotel

Just Fine”

as some have said, the room i had was fairly small and the glass block let in light and there was no curtain to cover it. however, that said, the place was a bargain for the reasons i mentioned above. the hotel restaurant is vegetarian, so no eggs, sauage, etc. but once i used to it, it was fine. i will defintely stay there again if i return to bangkok.

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel in the past 2 years, n nothing has changed. the staff is friendly, n available 24 hours. hotel is walking distance to sky train, which makes travel easier. Indian food served, taste is way better then anywhere i've eaten in bangkok.

Good location for cheap price”

Location: Silom Road, center of the city, close to BTS, banks, river, 7 minutes to entertainments' street. Food: Indian vegetarian. For breakfast you have a choice of continental one also. Personel: Indians. Hospitable, smiling, caring. Appartment: you get what you pay for ) big bed, fridge, 2 bottles of water for free, free safe, free Wi Fi. Small windows, loud old AC.

I really liked the vegetarian food at the restaurant inside the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help me, and my colleague from work, who happens to be transgender, and her friend, were accepted and there was no issues or problems, unlike another hotel, when they visited. Really great staff, amazingly low prices, and try to the food, even if you eat meat. You won't miss it with these dishes

I booked the hotel on the morning I arrived in Bangkok and then called to ask when I could check in. 'Come right away' I was told - it was about 9.30 am. My room faced the street, but traffic noise was unnoticeable. Front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Great value for the money”

my stay was very pleasant, partly because the staff was so helpful to me. they were willing to make some exceptions, like an early arrival and a late departure. the room was fine. i did wish i would have had a chair and desk, rather than a low coffee-like table. the location was great for getting around and the place was clean. if in bangkok, i will stay there again.

Nice hotel with great staff”

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast that came with the room was either and indian breakfast or a sandwhich breakfast. Very good. Staff were very nice and willing to help with anything. HAppy for bag storage and generlly a very good place to stay in bangkok with a good location. Would reccomend.
