happy to grab promo price. problem with the room aircond, but the staff manage to change the room. very helpful and polite. hotel is next to 7eleven. and easy park you car.

get this room no.17 but the aircond not cool. so i talk to the receptionist and got the new room. so my prolem solved. no kettle heater provided. i like this hotel because cheap and many shop near the hotel. halal food also easy to find around the hotel.

You get what you pay”

Just beside hotel, there is 7-e and a couple more restaurant. At night kind of noisy with motorcycle noise and the smell of incent is very strong as it is close to a chinese shop selling their praying items. But the room is okay for a budget hotel, just bring extension if you want to charge multiple electrical device. The staff are nice, can literally talk and request anything smoothly and nicely.

Hotel location beside 7E so easy to buy stuff and at night had malay cuisine Restaurant and burger stall, u wont be hungry at there. The workers are friendly and helpful. Will come again if have opportunity.

Didn't expect the room quite compact. No cupboard. The bed quite smelly. But the reception was friendly. Have to change hotel due to the location and out of expectation. Overall, this hotel is quite okay because I've seen there are familiea checking in.

I don't complaint much or picky on hotel. If pay budget deserve simple /compact is OK. No need too fancy or very good service But I kenottt accept lack hygiene room. 1. The time I checked in, saw a staff seems just woke up from nap with sleepy face, came out from the room, which later on passed to me straight away. 2. Stong cigarette smell in entire hotel environment. No smoke detector installed in the room this allows some uneducated guest smoking in the room as a habit. 3. Even terrible during at midnight a customer and staff quarrel loudly& fighting. Merely because of dirty bedsheets , the conversation / knocking noise last for 1hour plus right at the corridor outside my door. This can actually resolved by offer change room /refund. U thought guests are robot, won't awake after turn off?.. Check-in 2am ( drove from KL-Jb) I woke up 4am ( quarrel noise started) Check out at 7am ( attend to meeting) I believe other hotel provides better with same offer. This is absolutely Terrible, i rather sleep in car even can't find hotel. No thanks.

I showed my booking receipt to him and he said, if I still want twin beds, I need to pay more. And he also said, this is not OYO hotel. I've got confused because at the signboard already state OYO hotel. I requested 'no smoking' room but when I entered the room, I smelled smoke. Toilets so dirty... And you can hear people talking at the corridor. The door also cannot lock properly. People can easily open the door. Another room, I booked for two night. They asked my friend to change the room for the next day because the room that he stayed was for one night. Why the staff didn't mention early before we get into the room? I booked this rooms because I read the review that give 8 marks. Then I realised that I've been cheated...

Unsafe Hotel with weird policy”

They will required deposit but does not want to give resit/invoice to customer very risky. I count sleep last night because someone querelling in hall way, and at 2am someone breaking the door maybe he forget the key. It took more than 2 hours. My room also got someone knocking, a prostitute maybe??. Very unsafe hotel . Pillow are dirty. Not what u see in the pic. I been to >20 countries and this so far the worst experience.

Small hotel suitable for short stay”

Small room for standard queen and not soundproof. Very noisy as when I stayed they were a family with children next door. Water heater and aircond in working condition. No kettle and hairdryer provided. Bedsheet unclean and I immediately asked to change. Suitable only for short stay.
