We arrived at the reception at 2 pm and waited for 3 long hours for rooms”

Irresponsible and arrogant staff,not even responding to the concerns.The only problem was they didn’t get the confirmation mail from the site we booked and they didn’t even try to call or contact them.Really disappointing and asking us to book another hotel on that time
