Great”

We had originally booked the hotel it was close to a place we wanted to visit one early morning, but what was meant to be a one night stay turned into a 3 night stay because we had to rush our son to the emergency room the first night. So here is one extra point: the hotel is 3 min away from a 24 hours emergency room that has great staff and facilities. So most of the time was spent at the hospital, but coming back to the room was always a pleasant experience where we knew we'd fine comfortable beds, a hot shower and ample windows to make us feel good. The hotel staff was helpful throughout our time there.

What you pay is what you get”

What i love about this hotel; the room rate cheap and the room condition was good. i booked 4 nights. The location is superb,easy to book grabcar,to rent socar,to find food,to walk to nearest malls(giant & paradigm). The staff are so friendly! They assisted me lots. Just one thing,the housekeeping didnt clean my room and didnt change my towels. Need to remind the housekeeping dept.

Pro. 1. Good location 2. eateries shop just under the hotels 3. Giant KJ could be walkaway in 500m Cons. 1. Picures advertised was not correct. In reality, we are just giving a very small room and totally not similar with the very big n nice pic as advertised. Felt cheated. 2. Very limited parking.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful... The hotel is clean and basic things is provided.. One thing is you might able to hear what the next room sounds or the side walk whenever people pass y.. Overall stay is good for me and my family

value for money ”

I can't complaint much on the price. Is definitely worth the money. This is my second time staying in this hotel, however this time they gave me 2 single bed when I actually stated my request for double bed. I don't blame them , but I think Agoda should have stated the options clearly for customer to choose. I mean the hotel and agoda shall alliase and update on how many single beds and how many double bed still available at times during booking.

Good stay, convenient place”

Walking distance to coffee shop, giant, and nearby paradigm mall (quite a walk). Room is quite spacious, clean. Towels, kettle, cups, toothbrush, comb provided. Sink is outside the bathroom/toilet. Not too noisy at night, as that place is more a morning / afternoon crowd place. WiFi connection in my room not very good, unstable connection.

Warm staffs, clean spacious room, bathroom looks clean but still stink a bit of pee, bad sound proof (plus, the staff should have done their ironing somewhere else because we can hear everything, plugging in and out, constant turning power on and off, constant small knocks on the wall), bad air ventilation (someone from next door was smoking and the smell leaked into our room until it was so bad my friend woke up from it and we have to open the window and turn on the ventilation fan in the bathroom to get rid of the smell to be able to go back to sleep, twice. Btw smoking in room is allowed because ashtray is provided)

Everything were good in this hotel. Except the parking is not available specifically for the hotel residents. Public parking are also very limited. Need to improve on it

Basically, this hotel located at the strategic place. It near to Paradigm Mall, bank & restaurant. Price per night was cheap. However, u may be disappointed with the layout of the room where the socket point was quite far from your bed (normally, i found socket beside my bed at phone table).

Bottled water, soap provided. There's ironing board and iron on each floor, WiFi connection is enough to stream low res videos. Cockroaches in toilet, got the insecticide spray to spray the toilet. Nearby to giant, paradigm and there's kopitiam next to hotel.

PRO: - Comfy bed - Cool AC - Nice window view - Big bathroom - Friendly staff, willing to help - Many restaurants nearby (Murni discovery, Mcd cafe, Kafe Limteh Yumcha for breakfast, Kafe tok ali (malay food)) - Nearby Paradigm malls (have bus access to KLIA2), Giant, and Hero market. CONS: - Very hard to go around KL as there is no bus stop or train nearby. Need to order grabcar which is quite expensive during peak hours.

Overall stay is good for me and my family. Room is clean and comfortable. Cheap and strategic location. The staff are really helpful. I come again.
