Good Value for Money and Helpful Staff”

As usually the room is clean and the staff so helpful. In my opinion, the room at Aira hotel is one of the cleanest budget hotel among other budget hotel in chowkit area. i have been stay at some other budget hotel, but this hotel become one of my favourite's. Definitely, i will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Lastly, i dont have high expectation toward budget hotel, nevertheless aira hotel exceed my expectation in term of cleanness and friendly/helpful staff.

A good city centre location”

The Aira Hotel is a conveniently located hotel, close to 3 transit stops, which makes it very easy to move around. The monorail and LRT stations are a short 5 minute walk away, which makes it convenient to move around. The neighbourhood can get crowded during rush hour, so the trains make a difference when moving around. I got the Business Room which is spacious. The bathroom is clean and the linen good. It faces the main road but it does not get lound inside. They provide à good breakfast and the hotel manager personally sent an email welcoming me and asking if I needed transport from KLIA. Overall, very impressed with this new, refurbished property in KL. Recommend it highly, especially at their price point.

We arrived at the Hotel in the wee hours of the morning - around 2:30 AM The Hotel was right in front of the Main Street - with very striking name of Hotel - AIRA HOTEL Front desk Clerk was accommodating / it was only less than 10 mins and we were given the key to the Family Room Elevator - was small - can barely accommodate us with 4 Luggages. Room - when we entered - was spacious enough for 4 pax, clean and tidy Linens - were clean, though a little too old Bathroom - enough space for people to take a bath / freshen up Towels - upon arrival the towel were newer ones, as the days went by the towel changed to older ones - that requires replacing Area is near Twin tower - 30 mins walk (if you are the type who wants to take this walking and 15 mins ride by Taxi It is also near the shopping malls - KLCC / Suria / Bukit Bintang Surrounding areas have 7-11 (convenience store) where you can buy items you need while staying in the hotel. B/fast in Hotel - not good. Overall - satisfied

I stayed in Aira hotel for 3 days with my wife and two kids.The following points made me to state that this is great place for a visitor Early check in was possible.(i came like 1 hour before the time) Very considerate and responsible staff.The front person Ahamed is such a nice person he did everything to find me my lost phone during an uber taxi ride.Because of him i got my pone back. I had to get early morning fight.Staff even urged to prepare coffee and give breakfast in that time. Spacious room.(family room)

Worth place to stay!”

Easy to find, near bus stop for Go KL blue and red line. The staff are friendly. very close to the city center, you can even see the top of twin tower in front of the hotel. However, it is unfortunate that the bed sheet is not clean, there was stain but still acceptable for me and there is no daily cleaning service (I didn't ask for this but I'm expecting they will clean the room daily). Regardless of that, I will definitely come back again! Thanks OYO 168 Aira Hotel.

Extend extra 3 more days”

Friendly hotel staff has upgraded me to the Business Superior Queen for the extension on my stay at no extra cost. Very knowledgeable staff to rely on especially on the local surrounding esp on the public transport (LRT, monorail) and durian fest at Jln Raja Bot just a short walking distance from the hotel. The Sunway Putra Mall is just under 10min walking distance from the hotel.

I chose this hotel because of its good review. Apparently this hotel did not disappoint me. They did offer for an upgrade. They provide multiple choices for breakfast which they send to our hotel room according to our preferred time. My room was cozy and clean. Their honesty surprised me. I accidentally left my Ipad Mini during check out at 12.15 pm. I didn't notice this until I've already reach home in Johor around 11pm. I called and they promise to call me again in the morning. Surprisingly they called and confirmed my stuff were with them and ready to collect. I am very thankful to them. I'll definitely will stay here again in the future. Keep up the good service!

My fourth visit ”

I came back to this hotel and this was my fourth stay. The no 1 rule is the Internet was good. Second, the room was bright with more lighting. Third, a flat TV screen. Fourth, a table to place my laptop. Fifth, there are a 24 hour malay restaurant and mamak restaurant just next door. As I traveled on public transport, parking is not an issue. Book early from agoda to get a low reasonable price. What more to ask for in a budget hotel. Others limitations such as the noise from the speeding bike riders outside at night - I just dealt with it.

The hotel is having a very friendly and helpful staffs, they gave us a free room upgrade. Location is reasonable, very near to public transport: LRT, public bus are just within working distance. Several shopping malls (Sunway Putra Mall, Quill City Mall, Sogo, Maju Junction) can be assessed by foot. You can find the famous Mongul Jelly next to the hotel, and there is 3 24 hours convenience store nearby. However, the street is a bit noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper then you might find the noise very disturbing in the poorly insulated room. Facilities wise, a bit doubt on the safety: cannot find their fire certificate on display, no DOSH permit number on their lift, and the exit sign is does not meet the Bomba standard. Room is neat and tidy, just wall need to clean up, full of prints after they service the aircon. Provide simple local menu breakfast, alacart, taste are good and they are very punctual on sending the breakfast to your room. If you enjoy TV while resting in your room, their TV is terrible, only 2 channels which is playing limited movie looping, TV2 and TV3. We got a faulty TV and the staff are helpful to change a better unit.

Valuable hotel to stay for, affordable and near to public transport”

Actually, i booked standard single but somehow i got the room upgraded to standard queen. I love the room because it was exceeded my expectation. moreover, the price was affordable and the staff was very helpful toward my inquries. Lastly the hotel was near to lrt station and walk distance to monorail station. so it was easy for me to move around the city.

My wife and i initially booked to stay for a night, but we extended our stay for a few more nights due to its relatively strategic location within the city! The front desk workers were very nice and helpful and so was the housekeeper! There was no iron provided in the room however you can have it sent to your room instead! The wifi was great and the room was clean and tidy! Point for further improvement is the quality of the TV but other than that is ok! Its an old property and probably need some fund injection to upgrade the hotel but its a budget hotel after all!

The best part is bfast was sent to guests' room, ekot time yg kta prefer. So sik payah gago ngesep segal nak bfast semata. Staff and owner very2 friendly and sangat2 mbantu plus very informative. Sebelah hotel ada kedai makan siam 24hours, and ada keday mamak juak. Facilities lengkap, bilit simple tapi selesa, wifi laju. For those yg nait kereta boleh park kereta kat public parking tapi bayar la, tapi nang dekat ngan hotel. Keep up the good service :) Be consistent!

+ One example of the better side budget hotel. The room is big & clean. Excellent wifi. There is no in-house restaurant but breakfast is provided, ordered ala carte the night before and delivered to the room . Convenience store just next door. Close to Sultan Ismail LRT station. Walking distance to many shopping complexes and eateries in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. - The bathroom is small, the power sockets are located away from bedside or study table, only two decent local TV channels.

Its not the fanciest or modern looking budget hotel, but if you are not too fussy and looking for somewhere cheap to sleep, this hotel is a reasonable choice, it is in great location within the city, the room was larger than expected and clean, and the staff was very friendly. I got what i called value for money!!!
