              We booked for a family room but was given 2 rooms due to overbooking and we were asked to wait while room is getting cleaned. We brought our own disinfecting gun as i do not think they disinfected the room after cleaning. Didn't see any disinfecting machine/item. We have to ask for towels and blankets otherwise its not automatically supplied. There are also no floormat, so coming from the toilet, the room would be a wet mess! The windows lock are also broken. The door knobs are not so good, though they had provided a chain bolt.

              Really budget-friendly. If ur just looking for a place to stay for the night then this is perfect for you. Also, staff are helpful too. Only prob is no curtain.

              It’s okay. We thought there is a bath tub inside the bathroom as shown on the photos but nah! No rugs to dry our feet when you go to the bathroom. Wifi is no good as well as the tv no use at all. To use the pool you need to pay for 100pesos each person which is okay but the pool is kinda dirty lots of dried leaves the tiles is kinda slippery. Pool area is nice they should maintain it well. And lastly the lady receptionist is not accommodating and she’s kinda sleepy as well not on her good state to accomodate us even her colleague just wake her up just to assist us. Well our over all experience is 6.5/10

              Staff is very accommodating so I hope the management will take good care of them very respectful and helpful but the facilities of the hotel need to improve. No tv cable Low supply of water in the bathroom No Mirror NO doormat Cabinet is not working

              okay for the price”

              it was okay for the price. toiletries given were incomplete and you need to ask personally for what is lacking. wifi is fast, tv signal is poor. the sink in my bathroom was leaking, hot water was not available. 1k cash deposit was compulsory and when returned i didnt get the remaining change for the amount i paid aside the deposit, so it is advisable to pay with the right amount or pay in advance with a card.

              OYO 195 Ranchotel Binan”

              Went to front lobby and there was no one there. Had to go next door which is also OYO to get someone to help. Even for a no Frills hotel it is too expensive. SOGO is a lot better and cleaner. Parking lot is great a lot of room.

              Worst place to stay ”

              The commode in the CR didn't have a seat. The bed was broken and supported by a block of wood. The sheet had holes in it. We had to ask for tissue because there was none in the CR. Wifi password wasn't in room,had to call for it. TV was not usable, picture was fuzzy and blurry.

              You get what you pay for”

              The rooms beds are uncomfortable and looked dirty ,the tv did not work, there was karaoke playing really load till 11am, and the AC was not cold. We also had to ask for a waist basket because the room did not have one and no toilet paper. I would not stay there again.

              Worst (m)otel in the Philippines! ”

              Don't be fooled--this is not a hotel, this is a drive-in motel. We booked two rooms and had to cancel one because it was not available, and they failed to report it to Agoda, and now we're being charged for not appearing, which is a lie. The one room was paid and the bed had no bedsheets, no curtains, no key provided. We had to move because the building's electricity had problems. The lobby staff was missing and didn't coordinate with the movrle. And the cleaning staff (wearing regular clothes) didn't know how to respond to concerns, even until check out. Staff kept entering the room as it was still occupied and we could not lock the door because there was no key provided. This (m) otel should just shut down. Worst (m) otel in the Philippines.
