I would like to complain about the trustworthy of agoda customer review and feedback.. I’m travelling to Kuala Lumpur today so I glance through the availability of hotel choices around setapak area. After reviewing few customer feedback and review, I had choose the most positive and good feedback hotel - OYO 211 setapak. Initially, there stated that the check in time for this hotel is 2pm. But when I reached hotel today at 3pm afternoon, the receptionist told me that all the room haven’t clean up yet for next customer so I waited for their cleaning about 15minutes. After that, the receptionist offered me option which can upgrade the double single bedroom to triple king bedroom without any charges. I though that this could be the sign of showing their compensation for waiting their cleaning service. The triple king bedroom look much different from the photo shown in the lobby as well as in agoda, it was not so great as the picture shown. At that moment, I was rushing for meeting my f

Good budget hotel for solo traveler”

I stayed at Room 101 which was just behind the reception counter. The room is not noise proof and I can hear the staff talking and playing music very loudly at night. Other than that, it was satisfactory.

Room is a bit small for twin bed. Max can fit up to 3 people. Cleanliness is ok, soap and shampoo provided.

Toilet not clean enough and a little bit smelly, no cup provided to drink and drawer has cockroach mark need to change or maintain. Others still ok for budget hotel

first time dropping by here, there was kind a smell in the hotel including the room maybe which i get used to it after awhile. Cleanliness was not really there especially the bathroom. I even found a man underwear at the drawer from the previous guest i think. Bed has minor dirtyness at the side

Worst hotel experience ever”

We were 1st entering a lower ground room,I requested to change our room as the toilet seemed remaining unwash,cockcroaches were hiding every corner,and hairs were obviously seen on the bed. We then moved to another room,tv wasnt functioning at all. We checked in at the midnight,too tired to change to other hotel. Very 1st time and last time to visit here.

Receptionist should inform earlier or write when check-in, regarding no outsider or cant go out of hotel room after 1am. I was so hungry and my friend was waiting at a local restaurant for late supper, but they locked the hotel door and said cant go out after 1am. So i sleeped with hungry and no drinking water also in the hotel. The Worst hotel i had stayed.

Doubt about the washroom being clean up on daily basis, Doubt about the bed sheet being change every time after other guest used it, there's a lot visible bed bugs on it !!! Wifi was not function, tv channel was not function, air conditioning was ok but not in a good shape, lastly is the room door was easily to open without need a key, just swipe with a normal card will get thru. Not worth a stay at all. Sorry !!! Quickly found a nearby hotel and checkout right after just about 3 hour in there.

The worst budget hotel I ever check in, the lobby full of cigarettes smoke smells, and staff was smoking at reception counter. Dirty bed sheets and full of musty smells. Both of us check out after 20 minutes because of the terrible condition.

The staff is not really good. Just because i dont look rich, they just put 3bundle of the towel and tv remote on the reception table for me to bring into the room by myself while i have my other luggage to carry too. And once i check out, i ddnt bring down the tv remote and the staff ask me to go back to the room to take the tv remote. Very bad attitude.
