The hotel located close to AEON Maluri and Sunway Velocity. So easy to go there for shopping or watching movie. Domino next door provide easy food if needed. Bank is also close. The only downside is parking for those who drive. Limited parking available.

Today my booking at time 1 am 20/1/2019 check out 21/1/2019 Oyo ask for time coming So i writing 1-2 am date 20/1/2019 And check out After next page when complete give detail oyo deduct my money in accout. So when i writing come 1-2 am date 20 Why i cannot enter hotel need pay more at hotel for fees one day. What benafite deduct my account if cannot settle my problem 0yo not solve n not pick up phone

This Hotel no elevator, the staff said 1st & 2nd floor is full, they assign my room at Level 3. But the room is clean.

A Helpless Vibe to A Situation”

I am a business traveler. the expectation isn't much. just the basic amenities, like water to take a shower in the morning. I understand that there were water supply issues but it doesn't give you the right to just sit there on your laurels and wait until sorted out by the local authorities. Common sense would dictate that the hotel management should get some sort of water supply to accommodate their guest. Their signage light was out of service, extremely made it a hassle to find.

Good Budget Hotel with a Lot More That Can Improve”

The hotel can have a few water dispenser station. Although it is probably impossible to add an elevator service, overall, this hotel is okay and actually good for its price.

Room is to small.! Television not function! Staff ask me to pay extra RM 10.00 because I request early check out. But actually , we just stay for 4 hours only. Why need to charge extra RM10.00. We From penang. Didn’t sleep. Just drop at maluri for a while just because I need to send things to my friends. We so sleep and request early check in . But need to pay extra. 😪

Rooms got some unpleasent smells, broken bathroom door handle & need some cleaning on the hallway. Though its cheap still need to maintain some basic hotel needs.

Pro: value for money when book online. The hotel provide branded iron & iron board and it makes ironing easy. Cons: A little bit messy in the hallway.

Cheap but don't expect much”

Very cheap, paid only rm39.37 for a single room, but was give a twin room. pros -easy to find -room is clean n tidy -aircon works -shower works -helpful staff (but not so resourceful) -walking distance to giant, dominos, and few restaurants. 250m walk to LRT station cons -parking quite limited on peak hours, hav to pay parking fee (rm1/hour) -long staircase (those with heavy luggage should reconsider) -ants will attack your food (my pizza from dominos next door was attacked..) -wifi very speedy (25mbps) but dont rely on it. You'll disconnect every 30secs. -smartphone no signal if you're in the middle rooms. you'll get signal when you're near the window.

Enter reception saw cockroach. Room toilet didn't ready new tissue. No safety lock chain at door. No door lock from inside. Poor sound proof. No lift. Budget stay. Location good.

Good n comfortable stay for the money spent. Receptionists are friendly and helpful but housekeeping very disappointing. Ended up I need to re-make my room myself.

Pros : It's good welcome during check in. The guy (can't remember his name) skinny guy is proper manner. With mask (definitely handle with clean) with current situation it's huge impact. Room was okay, even there's light keeps blinking doesn't effect me. Cons : Reception during I check out. There's a malay ladies with hijab unfortunately doesn't seems friendly. No smile. Eyes is busy looking around but no reaction among guest. I was stand behind for check out, there's one client do their transaction. She don't even bother me to say any words to me yet busy with her paperwork. Then anyhow stranger ladies come in, she like 100% welcome her with smile try to entertain her while I'm stood like nothing. (maybe because I'm wearing mask and she don't so perhaps she scared to do any conversation by that. Or maybe I'm not well proper outfit no class fashion colors so. Might be. It's really piss me off.

The cleanness reluctantly acceptable. The hotel didn't provide electric kettle, hair dryer, no have astro, there are only local tv program such as TV1, 2,3, NTV 7 & TV 8.
