INTIME HOTEL AMAZINGLY AWESOME with the cheap price n incrediblingly amazing awesome so much ease. super duper strong wifi, very cozy, shower can control and important is have kiblat sign and can pray together, i means the space is suitable with the price. I THINK ALL OYO HOTEL IN MALAYSIA SHOULD BE LIKE INTIME HOTEL . THANK YOU!

For this price you will get: Room with big window and good light, good wifi, private toilet with OK shower, clean (not spotless though) place and helpful staff. It was a relief to get there after a shitty day.

light not as bright as illustration ... bed is OK lah pillow so so ... provide hair shampoo & body shower gel ... is enough to stay one night for couples ... TAUKE is Chinese, easy to chat ... so far so good no bad comments for me

Please change your bedsheet to white like the one in the photo!! The room ceiling is black/dark grey, bedsheet dark purple, towel dark brown and poor lighting. The room looked gloomy ;( My rooms no. 218, 258 & 268.

Desk staff was friendly, there was a problem with the toilet and he immediately changed the room for me. Room was nice and peaceful except there was a renovation going on at the neighbouring building with a lot of hammering and pile driving sounds, so try to avoid the weekday to stay at this hotel for the time being if you like to sleep in the morning.

Please ensure the room cleanliness including below the bed area. There were many rubbish such as snack plastics and dust as it may attract the cockroaches and insects.

Worst Experience compared to all other budget hotels. ”

1. Room 128 : The Air conditioner was crap and the pipe hose was leaking so badly till I was not able to use the pipe at all as the water kept flowing out from the middle of the hose. Your reservation agent assisted with the Air conditioner and made it slightly better but I was still not satisfied and was promised a relocation the next day. 2. I booked for 2 nights, at 4pm, 20 March 2019, your reservation manager ( Ariel ) started banging on my door and asked me why didn't I check out in a very rude manner. Refused to believe that I had 2 nights in the hotel till she saw the confirmation. 3. Was relocated to a different room, and now, the sink was leaking. I wonder what else is going to leak if I had a 3 night stay. 4. I only requested for late check out at 2pm as a compensation for having a bad experience but your reservation manager keep refusing and wanted to charge me RM15/hour. It's not about the money, IT'S ABOUT YOUR SERVICE!! 5. I hope for this to be investigated ASAP!
