From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.

A security deposit ranging from MYR 50 to MYR 100 (depending on the length of stay or room type) is required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. A prepayment deposit equivalent to 25% of the total reservation amount is required to guarantee bookings made for more than 3 rooms. This deposit must be made within 24 hours of making the booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions. A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. OYO Rooms will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
