OYO 321 Hotel D'Elegant is the perfect hotel to stay if you were to stay in the vicinity of Bukit Bintang. The hotel is located right in the heart of Jln Alor street food. The mrt station is merely a 2 minutes walk away from the hotel and shopping malls such as Pavilion, Lot10, Fahrenheit and Berjaya Times Square are merely a 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel room are clean and the staff are very welcoming! I would definitely recommend OYO 321 Hotel D'Elegant as the place to stay while in Bukit Bintang.

Excellent customer service and helpful staffs. Hotel is located in Bukit Bintang, one of the major shopping area in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is above a night market therefore rooms away from the front are more desireable. Very good value for money. Mcdonald , KFC and Starbucks are nearby. 5 to 8 minutes walk to subway and monorail. Good transportation to airport and downtown. Area has many Money Exchanges that give the best exchange rate. House keeping is limited. One of the best OYO.

I was surprised to learn that the property is just a 5-min walk to one of MRT entrances, (Bukit Bintang 18A). It is directly located at the front of Jalan Alor, the food mecca in Kuala Lumpur, so foodies will certainly enjoy the place. The guy at the counter allowed me to check-in early and I am very thankful. The room is decent and the air conditioning is pretty cold for a good night sleep. Overall, for the price I paid, I am more than satisfied. TIP: Request for a room not facing Jalan Alor, as it can be noisy. Location: 100m to Bukit Bintang MRT, 350m to Bukit Bintang Monorail. From KL Sentral, ride the LRT going to Pasar Seni station, alight and transfer to Pasar Seni MRT going to Bukit Bintang. Exit to Bukit Bintang near Jalan Alor. The whole travel is just 15-20 minutes.

STAFF FRIENDLINESS NEED TO IMPROVE”

Location are strategic at Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang. F&B are easy to look for, just go out from the hotel and everything is there. One thing I booked 1 Double Bed Room (Queen Bed) with discounted promo code, which makes my room rates even cheaper. Once I arrived the hotel, check in at the reception, and disappointed when the receptionist gave me 2 Twin Bed rooms, as I already highlighted required 1 Queen Bed rooms during the booking made, even purposely chosen the 1 Queen Bed rate. The receptionist told me just because my room rates are under promo rate (which is after deducted the promo code from Agoda), I entitled 2 Twin Bed instead of 1 Queen. If insist want to have Queen Bed, I have to topup. My partner ended up just okay with the Twin Bed instead (which spoilt our mood at first place). Thus, OYO hotel provided message service, received message thank you for the stay and checked to room 301, but the receptionist gave us room 307 instead. So differ with the hotel management msg

Exceptional”

Not a fancy place but I felt safe in the place. Outside the hotel, you have access to different kind of food and stores. The staffs are nice and I'd love to go back to this hotel if I'll go back to Kuala Lumpur.

At my first night when I first arrived at the hotel I was quite shock because outside are full of street market but I took advantages of it because they closed very late like 2-3 am so whoever gets hungry definitely can still find the food. It's not noisy once you go inside the hotel area. What I don't like is that they don't offer bottle of water, shampoo and soap. Hope they improve on that,I have to ask all the time but they give it. Receptionist is very friendly and he cares about customer. Internet is also fast! CONS: no elevator,all stairs so my first room was on the third floor with no table only bed so quite irritating. Moreover the toilet almost no water flow. Hardly to take shower or even do a flushing so the third floor room facilities definitely need improvement.

KL Trip 2018”

The hotel is located at Jalan Alor which is famous for the variety of foods. It is also near to the Bukit Bintang MRT and Imbi LRT. Pavilion, Times Square, Sungei Wang and Low Yat Plaza are within walking distance. The hotel room is clean. Although it is small, but it is value for the money. Only two bottle of water is given for a three night stays. Not sure about the availability of housekeeping. The hotel is next to a construction site which make it hard to be visualize when you trying to find it during a raining day.

the location is very near to bukit bintang so there is so many resto in front of the hotel.. the room quite small and the ac was not working on hot.. also the recptionist was not very welcome and not helpfull.. but for that prize it's still quite worth..

Street food galore just downstairs. Bukit Bintang Metro station is around the corner. The premises is very clean and definitely value for money.

Just to be clear, I often travel around for business, I have slept in various 2 star to 4 stars hotels, even have to sleep inside rental car when my company mess up with the booking and I have to say that sleeping in this OYO 321 is the worst experience. Even compared to sleeping inside a rental car. I am not bashing the staff, because the cleaning staff has tried her best. What I can't accept is the hotel management. When we checked in this no elevator hotel with our two suitcase, we expected to be able to rest our feet inside our hotel room after paying the extra RM20 hotel tax for 2 nights. Instead, we opened the room door into a small less than 2 meter wide room with unidentified insect flying around, and the shower head dripping noisily. We ask for a room change, but the other room also have insect, and smell worse than the first room, so we take the first room reluctantly while thinking that : "it is just for sleeping, how bad can it be?" The answer is: Very very very bad.

I was argued with them that i booked for 12 rooms but they said in system they only have 8 rooms available in that day and they said if i want to asking for the details & explaination please do asking Agoda directly , which confusing for me . Because i asked them to let me have an early check in and they fullfilled it , so i was fine to get transfer to their branch for another 4 rooms (i have no energy left for argued more btw lol) That's the only problem i had with this hotel , so for people who gonna travelling as a group and consider to stay at this hotel , please do make sure they have enough rooms as what you book at the date you selected . The room was small , but for the price i paid i think it's quite fine .

Friendly receptionist ”

The friendly receptionist make me feel pleasant to stay and the willingness to come back next time. On the next day he moved me to first floor so the water flow in the toilet much better. The good part of this hotel is that: They offer cable TV with HBO. Internet is fine! Room is quite although outside is street market 😉 also the location near Sungai wang Plaza,Pavilion,and other shopping center so it is located at the main city center of K.L Service is fine only the necessary things such as shampoo, bottle waters, and soap services need to be improved.

I've been to KL plenty of times, it's a small hotel on a busy street but the price is amazing for what you get. The room is clean but small. AC, a proper bathroom and a great location if you enjoy the food culture of Malaysia.
