Well my second time of reviewing this Hotel. I have no complaints on this property. Taking into consideration of the pricing, honestly the best Hotel at this range in Kota Damansara. Worth value

Everything is just Fine”

You will get value of money. The Room is nothing much but at least its not that expensive just the bed is too hard.But still fine. Location wise a bit scary at night because it in the end lot, staff sometimes too long time to open the door so scary waiting outside.Overall its the staff needs improvement but the hotel itself is okay for value of money.I will still be coming back even thou its far from bus stop and train station its because its cheap and its fine. The place cannot be located by google maps or waze or grab but just find JOJO Kitchen Kota Damansara and just go straight to the end The hotel Signage is TC HOTEL NOT Oyo 326 tc hotel.

I been staying here many times. I love this hotel so much. Value for the money. Recommended for all that choose to stay in Kota Damansara.

Nice hotel”

The room was clean. Have toiletries such toothbrush. Tv channel has been improved as before they have problem with it. Extremely good value of money. You could not find any cheaper hotel than this hotel with such good experience. The staff was very helpful. If you have any problem with your stay, just refer to the staff. Dont let the bad review effect your stay. Try stay at the hotel first. Experience it yourself. Im sorry if you have bad view of this hotel but overall for me, it was great.

I've book this hotel for my parents and they love it. ”

Got an issue whereby i've received an email from agoda stating that their partnes haven't got their payment. As such, i call agoda customer service and speak to roselle i guess her name was.. She was like totally dont understand my problem and ask me to book another room by which my parents have already check in and yeah the payment have been deduct from my account so why am i have to book another room? And yes she talk so fast like she was reading a text. So i guess thats the reason why she doesnt understand my problem well. Then, i proceeded to call OYO customer service. Thankfully she understand me and she confirmed with me that i can just ignore the email and finally i can sleep well that night and i am very thankful and glad that i call her. My opinion is you need to understand what we try to share so that you can resolved our problem where that is the reason why we call the customer service.

For Business people”

Suite for business traveller maybe not for holiday goer: cons: Room can hear outside. Lift Ding Dong can hear 24 hour when people use lift. My 1st floor room can hear room beside too he speak on phone & music probably housekeeping himself stay. There repair going on, weilding & knocking. Wifi disrupt when many people use, i only can use at night. Pro: Hotel cleanliness & basic utility like 5 star hotel no need to bring from home. Single bed is like double bed quite spacey. Hope lift sound being turn off & advised housekeeper be professional not make noise. Bed bit hard but it is because noise not insolation that i am annoy

Affordable”

Affordable but there is no consideration on deposit, cheap price on room but need to put deposit triple of room price. Let say, on that time, that family is not in good financial, desperate to stay, they want a cheap room, but deposit is RM100, what the motive they find the cheap room if need to put deposit triple from the room price. Please be more flexible and understanding. The staff not so pleasant, please learn on the reception more, how to accept guest and many more. Thank you.

Book different room, get different room”

Book and paid to Agoda double bed. OYO give me single bed. When ask to explain, staff said OYO policy as in their system if guest arrive solo only gave single bed. Even paid for double bed with Agoda. HAPPENED ONLY AT OYO 326. I had sleep at other OYO hotel and none of these nonsense occured. Bed also hard, feel likes sleeping on a plank. Not properly done, as like someone just sleep on the bed before I check in. Toilet bowl also wet upon check in, FYI I check in after 2200hrs.

I am absolutely satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, plus i managed to have no troubles falling asleep at all. No bedbugs, and the bathroom size is just right for my size as well(6 footer, 100kg so u can imagine my body size) due to the fact the price is quite out of my budget, plus location wise is not so near to public transportation (roughly 30 mins walk to MRT) hence i stayed for 2 nights and changed to another branch in Ara Damansara (which is living hell, so pls dun ever go there) Food wise, quite a few places within walking distance, plus there is a mall very near as well. If you have a car, amd budget for the room... by all means u can try and book this hotel.

We like this hotel so much! This hotel room is so clean and everything looks so new so good! Nonetheless, the staffs are also good. I was checked in at night. Overall, it's really worth it to stay here with cheap price! Really love it!

Good hotel”

Nice hotel for short stay with very affordable price. Still need to upgrade as they dont have water filter as for more convenient to get hot and cold water. Although they only have water kettle but still its a good investment if they install the water filter. Overall for me, its a good hotel.

Good Hotel”

I stayed for 2 weeks , and I had a single room with windows. It was great. Halal food is available around. The room is clean , bathroom oke, nice staffs etc. Very recommended hotel..

Acceptable”

I have stayed at a few hotels surrounding Kota Damansara for the past 2 years, but my last staying experience at OYO 326 TC hotel was certainly not a pleasant one. My comments are; 1. Toilet / bathroom was smelly, wet floor, strand of hairs found everywhere. 2. Used toilet paper scrambled and kept on top of the mirror. 3. Bedsheets, stain found here and there. 4. Room walls full of black coloured marks. 5. Broken rack unable to keep Mobile phone for charging. 6. Front desk officers PR certainly has to improve. Certainly will not come back here again. Thank you

Stayed here for one of my once-a-while getaways. Just a simple hotel tucked in a secluded area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A nice place to unwind and take a breather from work or other commitments

Dissapointed ”

I'd stay this hotel for two times, but this time I felt dissapointed. First, the staff gave me a room that haven't cleaned, so I request to change the room. The second room I stay have some weird smell, and also the water heater (shower) was leaking water when using. I complained to the staff but the staff called me to change the room on next morning, I felt tired of changing room. They also didn't prepared any towel in front of the toilet, so the floor will always be wet after shower.

Not sound proof”

The price is compatible with the size and facilities you get. Can get cheaper price if book through agoda much earlier. Major problem with this hotel is their sound proofness. You can easily hear noise from next room plus outside the room. Especially the lift noise. I think the volume should be reduced. Overall, if your main purpose is just to sleep and dont mind the noise, then it is fine for you.

The hotel was nice. Staff very helpful and very smooth check in process. You could not ask for more with such affordable price.
