Awful system (and staffs as well)”

I would recommend OYO Hotel to anyone but not Raintree Boutique Hotel, just because the system (and the staffs) was awful. I already paid for a room (paid, not booked!), arrived at around 10 p.m., only to be told by a staff (Indian, male) that the room was full. According to the night shift staff (the Indian), the problem came from the day shift staffs (a Malay & a Chinese, both male) where they accepted walk-in guests without referring to the number of booking by online guests (which resulted in more guests than rooms available). Without feeling guilty, the night staff just told that the rooms were full. Even if it wasn't his fault, he should do something about it (i.e. told his manager etc.), not telling bad things about his colleagues, who should not merely accepted all walk-in guests. This hotel needs to improve from top to bottom. However, it's a nice hotel (beautiful reception area) and have a unique elevator.

Cheaply and comfy ”

For me, all is more than good in term of facilities and location (at the centre of Kajang City) with the current price that I get. You will feel more than satisfied with it.

Pros : For the price and its location, you can't ask for more. Polite stuffs, Good Location and interesting design. Cons : Hygiene could be better, especially the toilets. As I have some stuff need to do in Semenyih for a short while, This hotel's locations allows me to travel easily between two place. Love the design choices and still remember one of the stuff are so kind that even provide me some mosquito spay as the previous traveler forgot to close the window and got plenty of mosquito in the room. The room seems to be a bit overused. The door handle looks a bit old and some of the furniture inside the room have their paints of a bit but overall is a cozy room. The main problem I have the hotel's experiences is the funny smell from the toilet drain and the stuff kindly apply some toilet cleaners. Overall is a average hotel, hoping some improvement will be done and I'll come this hotel again :3 ...

Mosquitoes and Water Temperature”

The hotel is clean, but there are too many mosquitoes. I suggest that the hotel can provide mosquitoes repellent electric in the room. The water pressure is quite low, and the hot water couldn't function, the water temperature for both "hot" and "cold" is the same - COLD water. It was very very very cold to bathe in the early morning. Somemore the water pressure is very low so it takes a longer time to bath under cold water. TT I suggest that the hotel can provide a water heater in the room.

kawasan terletak di jalan lama di Bandar kajang. kawasan high risk for crime, careful kalau bawak kereta. the parking is not well-lit. I immediately book another hotel when I found out the location of the hotel.

Room 102. After flush the toilet make a weird sound. So noisy. In the middle of night, multiple black out on and off, got sweating and very hot, and theres only got one channel (8tv), ask the staff to check but he only keep promises. Overall just nice, bed comfortable, nice deco, and only walking distance to satay kajang haji samuri.
