Honest Review. OYO Customer Service pse BUCK UP”
Requested 2 rooms side by side (grown up daughters) but when check in the reception told us she was unaware of our requirement even though we also stated in the booking and arrangement by phone with OYO customer service. Luckily we were given a side by side ground floor or else will have to climb up the stairs and stayed apart with our daughters. Thumbs up to the Auntie receptionist who accommadated our request but thumbs down to the customer service. Rooms ok only with basic necessities without windows and satellite tv only ghostly viewed tv1, tv2, tv3. No wifi n phone signal. Beware of mosquitoes that will sneak inside your room. Asked for spray from yr friendly reception if needed. Hotel is still new so no dramas, wait until few more years like many new hotels ended up. Maintained yr friendliness and cleanliness or else many will shy away. TQ

The room were clean and tidy. There's not much channel you can watch on the television provided after your tiring day working and the channel also not clear. If you want to stay here, forget about the television. Also, toileteries were not provided. The towel given by the hotel also have a holes, better bring your own towels. Mineral waters also not provided at the room, and if you want plain water you can get it at the dispenser besides the receptionist.

Staying the same room with previous 2 nights but I found they did not properly done the housekeeping. But what you expect when you stay here for only a bath and rest with the cheapest guest house in town.
