The hotel is quite old but still well maintained. There is aircon and hot water. There is even a free parking space. The staff assisted us well. The only thing I am disappointed about was that there had been a system issue. I was trying to book in Bayanan Muntinlupa which was 5 minutes away from the funeral of my nephew but after the booking was completed, the location moved to Binan. I asked and begged if I can move location and I dont mind paying the difference. Although it was through Agoda, Agoda needs their approval to make the change. They couldve approved it but they made it so difficult for me. I am a customer and the issue is between them and not me but I am the one who had to suffer. Due yo the difficulty getting there, although I booked for 4 nights, I stayed just 2 days and gave up the rest of the days booked.

I stayed in the room with my 10year old niece. The room was clean but there's no trash can, no slippers, no water heater, no menu and toilet flush won't work sometimes. Most of the things that advertise are nowhere to be found. The menu that has free coffee clearly written was not honored. Staff won't greet you well though check out was super fast.

Comfortable and quite spacious room. Set back from the main road, so it was very quiet. Good channel selection on cable TV. Hot and cold water on request from reception. The main disappointment was the many cockroaches in the bathroom. We asked it to be sprayed on 3 occasions but the staff did not respond to our requests.

Will not recommend. There is no trash bin, towels, toiletries, rags when you enter the room. You need to request it if you need. Affordable rate but there are other has the same value but with better room amenities.

It was cheap. Wasn't expecting anything. The picture tho is different coz it made the room bigger than what it really is, small. If you have a car, choose deluxe so you'll have your own garage parking space just beside the room. The usual crowd that I see there checking in are couples, if you know what I mean. There's no hot water and the room smells like smoke. We can hear the noise outside and it uses a key, not a keycard. The lock is flimsy and I had to use the chair inside the room to block an intruder, in case there is any. All in all, it was an experience. Tho as mentioned, it was a cheap motel and it really looked like a hostel if you know what I mean.

cheap and convenient for my one night stay. toiletriea were lacking and must be asked from the staff, security is questionable though. the sink in the bathroom was leaking, no hot water available. the wifi connection was good, tv signal was very poor. cash deposit is compulsory, i received it back upon checkout but i get the remaining change for the booking i paid, so i suggest u pay the exact amount or pay by card. overall it was okay for the price paid.

Pros: along national rd, secured parking and place, spacious rooms with spacious toilet. Cons: poor house keeping, insufficient toiletries, no hotwater for shower, lack of other facilities..

The facilities are good, the room was clean also the comfort room, but the telephone we used their wasn't have dial tone so we can't contact to the main lobby and we can't connect to the wifi their so it can't pissed me off.

Upon arrival, clerk was friendly, not that accommodating but polite. Pre-booked 3days before the stay. Contacted the hotel about the requests. Room is different from the photos shown when you book a reservation. Slippers and towels must be requested! Shower-is working but no sprinklers haha, bidet-with a few sprinkler holes working, bathroom has a smell in it like a sewer leaked, service phone is not working-good for display though. There's TV but no cable. AC is not that cold. Floor is soooo dirty. Bed bugs! I didn't expect this experience, well I got the room on a discounted price, sooooo this place sucks! Never again. You can try but expect bed bug bites when you checkout! 😞

Cheap but not quality”
The room is not clean as the same as it was advertise. Also, the staff seems to be drinking liquor the time I arrived, I can smell her even I wear mask. The place is literally dirty. I have stayed for a night alone because Meralco needs to shut down our electricity for maintenance, and that 1 night is horrible. The oy good thing i can say is that the aircondition functions well, though I dont know when was the last time it was clean.
