The breakfast only give 1 water of lychee, a maggi and a biscuit. They should improve the breakfast meal because what person in the morning eating maggi for their breakfast and also it is not healthy for breakfast type. I'm disappointed about the meal and how the staff is it.

Environment looks scary, we have to scan card every time we want to enter the room after going out. Staff is not really presentable, she was breast feeding her baby when I check out, I was okay with it. but not sure with other guess opinion. Room was okay, clean enough for a night stay, toilet was also clean. Towel have a bit of dirt on it.

I choose this hotel because of my business meeting.. This hotel very near to my meeting point... I stay here the second time. i saw this rooms at agoda there got two choice' Stranded bedroom and deluxe bedroom with different prices.. when i check in i request window room. they lady said no window. the window only with stranded room. i also ok with that.. when i opn the door... OMG the room was so so so tinny.. too small... i want use my laptop no place.... its not yet 1minutes.. i coming down i told to changed room the 2 lady show me angry face... i also dnt know why they angry with me and i didnt use the room i just opn the room... and the price aso too different... and i argue to changed the room the lady very angry when she changed the room... hmmm.. The management should train the staff how to handle the guest.. customer service very worst.. otherwise the room was clean and comfort for my work...

The room very small. The toilet just nice. Not really clean. towels like rags. the color has faded. they give us a purple towel and a cream color. the towel was smelly. This is first and last check in here.

I found the toilet bowl got yellowish urine color which is the last person or maybe the housekeeping staff havent flushed the things there. And got some rubbish on top of sink. The room also not clean and the towel given to me also not so clean. This was my third time staying here and NO MORE STAYING HERE AFTER THIS.
