Budget hotel with many facilities ”
This is my first time staying at this hotel after getting to know its rating of 8.2 on Agoda. So, I booked a room with window. Although it is a budget hotel, it has unbelievably complete facilities such as flat screen tv, iron, iron board, jug kettle, cups, hair dryer, coffee and teas, flask to keep warm water. A table to place my laptop to do my work, a chair and toiletries (including toothbrush, shampoo, body wash). Excellent wifi of 2.4G and 5G. A padang restaurant and a self laundry service next door, a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Would recommend family and friends to stay at this hotel. However, lack of parking space

The order integration between Agoda to OYO it was quite slow but could be because of the new system. Agoda booking was instant but to OYO it took some time for the system to acknowledge the order. Next time allow 1-2 hours before you check in after booking. Overall the place was clean, room was spacious and all amenities were provided.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have convenient store nearby. Everything is OK for one night stay. Just a few things: - noisy if get the window room coz just beside main road. - slippery floor in both bedroom and bathroom area. If you have small child or old people please be extra careful. - water need time to get hot around 10 to 15 minutes. Just need to let it flow and wait first. But it is still recommended for price and comfort.

Everything in this hotel are very good. Plus, the front desk staff also very friendly. Just, 1 thing that i was uncomfortable with the location and environment outside the hotel. A bit dirty environment and very limited parking lot. Overall, nice stay in this hotel.

Safe, clean, modern, $8 grab from Larkin bus station, friendly staff, free water refill. Compared to other OYO's this one is high standard for the price you pay. There was some construction going on from 7am in the morning but that's not a reason for me not to recommend a place. Would stay here again

We like this hotel a lot! Very nice and clean. They provide hot flask and iron board. Not for fussy customer coz no telephone and wardrobe. A friendly receptionist that could give us tips to places where to eat during late at night. Its value for money!

Pro: Bus stop at door step eazy for budget traveller. New and clean room with numerous tv channels. Electric boiler and vacuum flask and glass bottle for water. Well equipped with iron, hair dryer, and toiletries. Con: No wifi in room (staff said raining cannot on wifi) wtf was wrong with you? No warm water for shower (try turn on the tap fully and wait for 10mins - Yes 10 no mistake) Two nights stay with one set of provisions and no room makeup. Noisy road 24/7 for rooms with window. Hey OYO, did you pay your staffs well? Just wondering. Woa: Lock the and latch your door. For travellers who're not particularly about wifi and little inconveniences, this hotel is still quite a comfortable stay if choosen the right room.

RM 107 for queen bedroom with window. Got iron and iron board in my room. Various amount of tv channels which is very good. They also have water dispenser (Coway). Park at your own risk but they have security guard at night. Will definitely consider this one whenever I’m in JB.

The only disadvantage is lack of window in the room.. I asked for a non smoking room with the window and I got the answer that rooms with windows are for smokers.. Everything else was fine, McDonald's is really close
