It was clean eventhough the hotel is undergoing an upgrading. However, the hotel do not provide their own parking spaces, but public parking lots are easily available. You may want to talk to the hotel about this matter.

But with that price, it is understandable - need coupon to park. The hotel don't sell the coupon. - no elevator to go to each floor. Need to use stairs.

Expectation become real”

I and my chinese friend from other city did shopping a lot that day at aeon mall and we were so much in legs pain that just want rest. So we check agoda and confirm it. Staff name Sasha was well introduced herself and hotel. Room was ok according to 2 persons. Bathroom and toilet is little just but we manage ourself in that thing. Ac working slow but that was good because in a while we start feeling cold. Over all its the best.

Affordable budget hotel”

Cool place to stay in setia tropika. For a budget hotel, it's nice and appealing. Many food stalls nearby as well. So, it's convenient to get food when hungry. Cleanliness can be improved. Shower was awesome! Parking spots are allocated although you have to put the parking ticket on weekdays. Oh it's nearby imigresen. Jusy few minutes walk by crossing the traffic light. Staffs are pleasant.

The switch was not functioning at all suddenly at night. Called the staff but they didn't come up to see the problem. Our room was different from the picture shown. Oklah. We Chinese got pantang where we cannot sleep facing the door and even worse the corridor but we were unlucky to get that particular room and couldn't change them. Otherwise stay still okay.

It was a value for money room and the duvet was super comfortable! Perfect for solo travellers as it offers the single room with bathroom inside. The amenities, size of the room and bed were perfect for one.

When reached room and toilet was clean. Shower has no hot water. There was stains on the mattresses and pillow. Ask to clean the room, they only tidy the bed and gave new towel didnt sweep/vacuum. but overall paid 90+ for a day so cant expect so much. Location was good got mamak and alot of restaurants.

No hot water available in my room for shower, I have to go to other room for shower. When feedback to the receptionist (a guy), his answer was no choice.. not a very good experience, luckily I only stay a night.

Cheap but OLD”

The rate is cheap but the facilities is very old. The bed is sagging, toiletries are given. Don't expect too much for this hotel

small room, small toilet, hot water malfunction sometime got hot water sometime dont have. small TV. i book agoda rate RM150 per night but go on the spot check room rate only RM90. but i still have to pay RM150 for RM90 room. very disappointed with this hotel.

Very Bad Experience”

The room were tidy, but the way the towel looks like has been reused more than few hundred times. The TV is just for show and no channel linked and can be seen at all. The awful thing was the bathroom light and room light in one switch, when u on the bathroom light the room light was sparked and disturbed other family members. When asked for extra pillow and blanket also cant be provided even tough it just for a night of stays. Really bad experience and wouldn't even recommend for family stays over this hotel.
