everymonth i will check in at this hotel, staff service excellent for nightshift n morning shift staff on my c/out.. rooms very clean, only exzos fan at room 111 not working. whose stay in ALADDIN DREAM HOTEL must try minuman yg dijual didlm hotel sgt sdap. 2times i bli sgt berpuashati. well done for all staff ALADDIN DREAM HOTEL.....

AWESOME BUDGET HOTEL!”

I booked a 3-night lodging here and had a very great time staying there. The hotel itself gave a good impression by its lovely decor at Lobby and Hallway which similarly to any 4⭐ rated hotels. The room I had was a Superior Deluxe Room that equipped with 1 Queen-sized bed and a Single bed. • Shower was powerful, perhaps since my room on level 1, the pressure is strong • Bathroom is wholly tiled up to the ceiling and has proper ventilation despite having no window. • Toilettries are provided including toothpaste sets • Fluffy towels despite staying at RM38 room • T.V with D.V.³ MyFreeView that offers crisp crystal clear channels including Singapore terrestrial channels. • Efficient aircond fast cooling (since they only provide one smart keycard and can't use another card for power source) • The room itself well decorated and pleasant for the weary eyes. • They also provided Coway brand filtered water for guests to fill up their water ration but guests have to come down at the Lobby for that. Also that there are vending machine that provided heavy meals at RM10 for those who got hunger strike at wee hours of the night and lazy to walk thousand steps to nearest Mamak outlet. • The hotel is within steps to nearest convenience stores, mamak outlet, local restaurants, baby-related store and clinic. However no bank nor A.T.M are found within the perimeter. Will make a point to stay again in next future.

Its a good hotel and the price is super cheap. I got a connected room, at first i thought the door was going somewhere ( eg verandah ) but it happened to be other people room. Luckily they locked it. Maybe the receptionist could tell the guest beforehand on this matter. Overall a good hotel to sleep it of. Im in room 219, and the tv remote was not working.

Housekeeping please alert”

If i go to jb everymonth i would stay at this hotel. Hk staff n spv please alert, be4 u release vd room to vc please make sure that room 100% clean. I c/in at 201 when i closed door i found 2 plastic bag(with water), on my bed i found blood stinks at duvey cover that their close with bed runner. At toilet have ciggarate buds n many hair at toilets. Hewlo mcm ni ke rupa bilik vc yg u all sdiakn utk guest stay???? I need the explanation from this hotel.... Klo u all x perbaiki kebersihan bilik hotel, sory to say i would find other hotel for my nextmonth business trip in jb.

Best value for money, paid only RM100.22 for 2 nights stay. Spacious & clean room. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do not provide an iron (maybe u can get it if u ask), but it wasn't a big problem for me. Definitely will come back when i visit Johor Bharu.

Exceptional”

Nice room even with plain concrete floor but well kept and clean. Bottled water provided but in glass bottle. Recommended to hotel management to change to BPA free plastic container for convenience and precaution for customer with active young kids. Great location with a few restaurants nearby, self-service laundry and also a GP klinik. The only setback is the very low coverage of wifi even the one provided by hotel is also very poor. Otherwise all ok.

Everything was great. But I wish they would wash the red pillow covers that written OYO (?) on it because they smell very bad. Imagine having that on a clean bed. The covers are smudged with other people's sweats, drools, odours. So please.

Disappointed ”

I remember booking the room with the window and a spacious one but aladdin hotel gave us the no window one. Plus, the remote control for the tv is not functioning at all. End up cannot watch tv for the whole night. Disappointed 😥

Pleasant stay at economical rate”

The hotel is definitely value for money. We have stayed in a family room with window and city view. There are plenty of restaurants, 7/11 in a walking distance from the hotel. Cons: no coffee or tea bags, no shower cap provided. Only 2 small bottles of water. (Understand it's a budget hotel). The room equipped with rainforest shower. We had a tough time to bath our 1 year+ son. Front desk and customer service need to improve. I think we need to pay them to smile or greet you. Otherwise, all good.

newly opened hotel, so everything is new... thats good! Since I arrived quite late in early morning n was given a room without window,he room was very nice but there was a door connecting with the next room... n cant be lock.. luckily my wife check it 1st n inform the receptionist, we were ask to change room to the next room where it can be lock from that side... everything was ok except the tv... when ask through the phone, the staff juz simply said it is not working without any effort to check it...i just turn on the tv n it was ok but only with a few channels that were not very clear...I also asked for the remote but no one brought it to the room... only the next morning,when i went to the receptionist n told her that the tv was working and I asked about the remote once again, finally they gave the remote... i think it should not happen like that... please make sure all faclities are ready n functioning well in future.....

I love the Standard Twin Room. So spacious and clean. The TV is working well. Though the AC is a bit noisy, it's not a huge problem. The hotel is pretty new and neat. There's no toothbrush provided, which I expected to be there. No coffee or tea sachets, but they have microwave oven and fridge near the reception. Pretty good.

Stayed at this hotel when they were still new, and it still one of my choices when I'm looking for the accommodation. Their go green concept is great. And of course for those who are on budgets.

Can improve more”

book king room with a description 1 king bed but when check in, no king size bed. just queen bed. and the room smell cigarette smoke. either someone smoking there or smoke going inside the room. report to the front desk, staff said there is no same room available. ask for housekeeping to make up the room, no housekeeping available on 9pm. so the staff offer to change room to family suite. thanks for the concern and fast respond. but please make sure room is in good condition before customer check in.

Exceptional”

The location is very good. Very near to restaurants and food court. Grocery store is just next door. Two laundry shops just within 1 minute walk. Wifi is very fast. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Not alert!”

Well, as I stay for 3 days 2 night (30 Nov - 2 Dec/2018), the staff did not aware with customer requirement, the staff call my room next day (1 Dec) and remind me as well the check out time at 12 noon, but my check out day was tomorrow (2 Dec). So, as I was saying, I busy all day this and that, be back at night (1 Dec), the card access to room cannot be use, I have to go back to reception, settle this matter. I was so disappointed. Pls resolve this matter. Thank you.
