We got really good 24hoursSale from Agoda which is only cost us RM102 for large 4pax room Family Suite. Our room located at level one. The room is really basic which water heater and cattle but no cups and no fridge. The room have few mosquitoes during our sleep that causing us restless. This hotel is perfect for budget traveller who going to ESCAPE Theme Park as it is walking distance. The breakfast was count individually that limit to RM5 worth. As there is two of us, so we were assuming that we have rm10 worth food but we were wrong. As I having my partner's food while he just having a coffee only, I was charged for extra and been told I only limit for rm5. Bit ridiculous but oh well.

Valu for money, nice kampung and sea view. Near to Batu Ferringhi and ESCAPE Retreat just perfectly located there. The only disadvantage stays at this hotel was the breakfast. Need to go out n find other places for breakfast because the breakfast provided was not recommended, will come here again for a stay but not for the breakfast.

The pipe at bottom of basin in toilet leak water, after use your leg will get wet. The room a bit smelly, I use perfume to make it smell good. The only cheap price hotel with air-cond in the area.

The room isn't as clean as what you see in the photos. The smell also not so good. You will feel disgusting when you first enter the hotel (that is what I felt). The most uncomfort part is the floor of the room. It was so dirty. I don't even dare to step on the floor without wearing slipper.

Nice to have family room with balcony. Simple and nice. Close to Taman Rimba, Taman Negara Penang , Butterfly farm, toy museum and batik factory. Also close to shore for Swiming. Not regrate nice at night with kampung surrounding.

1st room with two single beds were too smelly like not use them for a long time and didn't tidy up. Air-conditioner was bad cause the water drop like a waterfall. Ask for change to another room. Got large bed. The room was fine, also the toilet. But unfortunately the air-conditioner same like the 1st room. Air-conditioner water were drop like waterfall for the whole night. Luckily we didn't put our bag at that side. Kindly do the maintenance for the air-conditioner and kindly change the bed sheet and pillow sheets if got traveler booking for the room that not use frequently. Thank you.
