want to inform you that when I went for check in hotel grand rushikunda they told me they can't accept online payment.so they didn't gave us accomodation.I want to request you please initiate my full refund process as soon as possible.

The worst”

I had the worst experience here the washroom door was broken and this place was really untidy and they were cockroaches every where. I even clicked pictures of the rooms as the sheets weren't changed they were really bad and overall the room worst

Don't believe these photos”

The hotel doesn't look like it is in these photos at all. The room is cramped and disgusting. I left my room within couple of hours as I couldn't stay there anymore
