You got what you paid for! I stayed for 3 days and had to upgrade from the Queen room to King room for a better experience. If you are a couple, book a king room size and you will get a decent room. At least, it's value for money. Do not book a queen room, it was too small, without window and have a weird bathroom arrangement. (The sink and toilet bowl is too closed to each other, it did not have space for your knees when you sit on the toilet bowl). The cleanliness was acceptable. The location is good, near to eateries and old shopping mall (PKNS). Parking is a lot, but you need to pay since it is under the District Council Area.

needed a place to sleep for the night -- late check-in, early check-out. room was okay. "clean" towels had a funny smell -- might want to look into that and change the washing detergent or the laundry cleaning service provider altogether. water pressure for the shower was a little low. would I stay here again? potentially.

Comfortable and nice king bed with view of city. I can see all the view from bed. just one problem, cigarettes smell from others room make me cant breathe. Room dont have window, upper window close. cigarettes smell comes from window in the toilet, even i close the window and toilet door, still i can smell the cigarettes.

Last minute booking. I stayed at 2 queen room. Room not spacious but for 1 night stay is ok. Can move around so much. Water pressure ok.Got lift . Does not provide any mineral water in the room but they do provide tea/sugar after the lift. Food outlet easy to find. Just walking by distance. Bed sheet no that super duper clean but if you are not fussy it is ok. Just ignore it.

GOOD THING - water heater is working, cheap, good location, weekend parking free, got power plug, prayer mat, mirror, towel, shampoo, lotion provided, got air-cond and fan. NOT SO GOOD - Got cockroaches crawling around, room got a bit smell, tv works but picture quality is out, bed a bit itchy, toilet is placed funnily very near to sink make it hard to sit, At 12PM when check out, nobody at the counter, had to ring the bells several times. overall - if you want just a place to change cloth or just to spend a night, AND you are NOT AFRAID of cockroach, then it will be a good option

The deluxe room was small and without no window. The ceiling in the wash room got leakage mark and bad smell. Overall okay for a few hours resting. Walking distance to Evo Mall and Mcdonalds. What I impress that there is a remote control ceiling fan in the room.

Book this hotel since this is the nearest hotel to the flag off point for MPKJ half marathon 2019. 1. Check in -no hassle. But need to pay deposit even though hotel had been paid in full amount. It is their policy katanya. 2. Room - no closet to hang clothes. No kettle provided for each room, since they put a hot water pot in the middle of corridor walkway with few mugs with chipped surface. Dust on the dressing table. 3. Bathroom- stain on the floor. The location of the sink was a bit difficult to access in view of limited space in between the sink and close proximity with the toilet bowl. 4. On top of that, at 5.30am in the morning, had a shower, switch on the water heater and suddenly the lights went out. Blackout!!! I suspect it involved my room only. Probably electricity trip. Luckily there was no towards incident. Informed the boy at the reception. My sister said, the lights came back at 6.40am. (I was out and running on the road at km 5 by the time).

I was unhappy about the broken floor and it caused me and my family members to walk cautiously as we headed to our room. I hope the hotel upgrades this issue promptly thanks and have a nice day.

Cleanliness should be improved. Fittings at toilet need to be looked into ie tighten the bidet and faucet etc. Bathroom mat should be changed not used the wet one.
