The room i stayed was having lots of running cockroaches and bugs. The Facilities Management need to look on this aspect. Customer will get sick due to this insects. No water on the faucet.

The receptionist is kind and friendly. The location is right next to the monorail Chow Kit station. However, the WiFi is terrible. Only one bar in my room and most the time no signals. So I had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the internet. During my stay I kept inhaling second hand smoke from other rooms. It will be good if the hotel can set each room a smoke detector to warn smokers.

The picture showed have TV in the room, but when checkin the staff said no TV for all the room, no toilet paper providing need customer bought it, Poor cleanliness, cockroach and bugs on room floor...The staff not standby on lobby counter to assign customers any time,need to wait longtime or just phone call them to assign customer.

Old hotel and there were a lot of cockroaches in my room,literally hundreds running around. Towels were not provided. Toilet couldnt flush. Smelly underwear hanging at window. Zero maintenance. And front desk super rude to us and also a foreigner who was frustrated. Dissapointing as I would have booked more nights.
