Satisfied”

Overall, I really satisfied with this hotel even though I am having issue when first to check in as my booking does not appear at their system. However, with the price, it is very affordable and cheap. Their location is just in front of my training location which is easier for me with just walking.

Convenient, strategic and pleasant”

near to pekeliling intercity bus station. close to train station, lots of restaurant open till late night around.

Good Location.”

Location was good, easy access to transport, restaurant was every where around the hotel. They do provide breakfast even though when we book it only stated room only. Its packed breakfast. Thumbs up for that. The hotel is still new and i think the staff too. There was some hick ups during check in, but they managed to settle them However the rooms are not sound prove, you may hear the noise from rooms nearby.

Great location but small rooms”

Reception still inexperienced and unfamiliar with arrangement. Had to insist on getting the room I paid for instead of lower choice room. Good for short stays and those travelling light. Even on hourly basis for the weary travellers waiting for the next bus home. Nearby to Titiwangsa LRT/Monorail access as well as Pekeliling Bus Station.

Comfortable beds, modern hotel”

things improved during my stay here, at first the staff were very shy and not talking to me, but on the last days, things got better. room was small but cleaned properly. hotel was convenient for the monorail and was easy access of the pwtc. i was not happy that the lift didn't work throughout my stay, and also that the only television station was in malay and when i asked if they could put on world news, was told it was impossible....

Great location, rooms small”

this is now the 2nd time i have stayed here as it is very convenient for public transport, the rooms are clean and secure and the staff are friendly. the lift is working with hot and cold drinking water available on each level. there is some building work which causes some daytime noise but i understand that it will finish soon. my only annoyance is that the tv in the rooms has no english channels whatsoever, not even news which is frustrating for travellers.

dont expect more. you get what u pay. clean room & friendly stafts. good split unit aircond. water shower good. suitable for traveller using public transport.

The hotel location is great, just 5 minutes walking distance to Titiwangsa monorail, there are eating places and 24 hr minimart nearby as well, suitable for business traveller but maybe not for leisure traveller

Disappointed time”

I was so disappointed, such a bad experience. It was the worst experience of hotel I've been through in Kuala Lumpur where I frequently come. I tried so many hotel around KL area but this is the worst one!

the staff told longer time to search for our booking. there is no hair dryer provided, a bit not convenience. hut overall the room is still clean and comfort

Bad cleanliness”

It was difficult to find parking spaces. Breakfast time was too short and late from 8.30am - 9.30am only. The wall of the room near to toilet was dirty (might be because of poor piping maintenance). It makes me annoyed to see that dirty wall. The inside room spaces was a bit small since it just a budget hotel. However, the prices for budget hotel is a bit expensive (I got RM116/night). The facilities of the room quiet okay with water heater, good air conditioning as well as tv with interesting channel.

This hotel is strictly meant for putting up for night stay. If you intend to enjoy the room facility or even stay in the room in the afternoon to relax, I think you will be greatly disappointed.

The cons is it is located next to a famous seafood restaurant with a lot of customer and table served till in front of the hotel. Caused inconvenience somehow...

Everything ok, but the room very dark with yellow lighting & the clealiness to be improve. No writing table & hair dryers inside room. water pressure very low.
