When I arrived at 12 noon, the 2 Indonesian cleaners were busy cleaning the rooms on the 1st Floor. Try to book for a more expensive room. Mine was the cheapest of the lot, so no window. Quite ok because then it is less noisy. The more expensive front rooms face the main road. It is better to come after 2 pm because the floor was still wet from the mopping work and it would inconvenience the housekeeping crew when going about choosing the rooms. The Chinese man who was a bit plumb was most obliging even though I choose to go to the 2nd floor, Room no. 209. I think the room is a little more expensive than the one I booked. It opened out to the enclosed open air well. I could get a whiff of cigarette smell but it dissipated quite fast. I was quite surprised that the white duvet looked so clean. Like almost new. The bedsheets were ok. I only stayed one night and when I left by Grab, I had to ask the same kind man to help me with my 2nd bag because I was really late for my flight.

Check in time 2.00pm, but I arrived 45 mins earlier. Room ready, but to pay additional RM10 for early check in...mmmm....normally at other hotel I just can check in without extra charge. Booked 2 rooms, both TV not working, asked counter....she mentioned that aerial disconnected.... I think property owner just remove it from room available item....misleading during booking. Wifi connection only work in one of the room near counter. Very poor and cannot access at the other room....Not recommended....

Most of airconditioner in the rooms like blower, cant breath, haha, and no fans, the floor are dirty and dusty, i undrstand tht the hotel is quite cheap, but tht doesnt mean yall can ignore the cleanliness. The bed?? I dont know either they wash and change regularly or not, bcs i dont think they are. But the heater in the bathroom is good, so hot, its like u boiling water for ur maggi, haha, but u'll never use it as the room temperature already boiled ur blood n body system. Haha, This is my last time choosing oyo for my stop. I dont know, im so dissatisfied and angry, but i think its quite funny too, this hotel is a joke 🤣🤣🤣
