No hair dryer provided so better not to wash hair before going to sleep, toilet roll and towels need to request over the counter, no lift so do not carry large luggage, remember to get your tumbler refill with hot/cold water if happened your room is upper floor. No oyo soap provided, so you might have to ask the counter to help you refill the soap dispenser in bathroom, which sometimes are empty. Otherwise can bring your own soap and shampoo.

My advise. Don't go. I've read all the other bad reviews but thought, hey can't be that bad. Turns out it is that bad. Booked 4 days stay non refundable. Checked out day 2 irregardless of my loss. Many other better hotels around.

had booking for single bed but when check in staff ask to upgrade to queen due to single bed aircond problem. so should be under hotel responsible and not charge customer for extra pay. but was charged rm10. overall ok to stay for sleep

The moment i went, the staff were rude she asked how was the booking method, n she asked for extra cash to round up to RM 50 then only she will let me in, she is very very rude and she said she have full rights to cancel the booking . im like WTF

Worst Hotel Ever”

This is the worst hotel i have ever checked in with my family. The room in the pictures and in real is totally different. The room was full of dust, and dirts. It was so disgusting that i saw so many insects like cockroach and lizards and event ants dead and not cleaned.. no any toiletries and the bed was broken. And most importantly the staff was sleeping while i arrived to check in and he locked the main foor so i couldn't get in since he locked the main door. I keep calling all the numbers from agoda and hotel number but no one answered. Shitty experience

we were supposed to check in at 2 pm but due to the traffic we arrived at 5 pm. they told us to wait for 30 mins for the room because smh the housekeeper just arrived to clean the room. even the receptionist is not professional, playing with her phone while attending to a customer.
