The place was smelly and stinky. I cannot stay there at all. Room very smelly, Unclean. There's a residue, left over or whatever it is on the bed sheet. I book for 2 nights and i have to find other hotel due to this hotel is so smelly. Plus the cleaner and with her garbage plastics that she carried every where in the walk way with her give unpleasant experience.

Said check in time before 7pm, then 8pm still sell the rooms at the same day. Came at 11pm on the day booked, no one there. Like wth! Plus, cannot refund. Even though arrived at the property, want to check in but not even a single recepitionist work after 7pm. I seriously didnt understand, if you want to do 7pm check in policy please dont sell the room after 7pm. Simple.

Bad service. I’ve paid for it last night coz I came from seremban. I was to tired to drive back home me n my husband decided to book any nearby hotel. So when we arrived the door was closed only for customers with card only could go inside. The counter also closed n we also tried to call the number given but the call was unreachable. It’s was such a bad experience for customer who paid for the hotel room but didn’t get a room to stay. What a waste of time n money
