Bad first impression”
I arrived around 1145pm, booked through agoda. i got denied my stay, front desk ask me top up if i wish to stay. i was contemplating due to several factors such as the front desk was a lil bit rude, they also had some kind of party, i'm not sure what kind of party but it was so noisy and smell of tobacco everywhere. had to climb the stairs with heavy baggage, but that is not an issue. lastly i ended up not staying there because the price i booked in agoda "not accepted by the hotel". i would not recommend any one to stay here.

Staffs attitude is super terrible !!!! We checked in at around 11.40pm n wanted to go out around 12+ and were told that we were not allowed to go out as the door is locked !!!!! And the staffs are super rude and unfriendly chasing us out from the hotel by pushing us out !!! Im not booking a jail pls !!! Out of so many years this is my first time making a bad review because its the most terrible booking i have made ever !!! Sux big time

The room is a bit dark even though open the light. Luckily the bathroom is light. The TV is out of service. Downstairs a lot of parking,no need to worry about parking.

Not recommended. The double standard bedroom is not as shown in the picture. The hotel need to update their advertisement picture to prevent misunderstanding. The aircond in the room is leaking.

Harga di agoda lain.. smpai staff minta tambah duit lagi. Katanya hrga bilik 100+. Katanya salah agoda. Then cll manager pun xleh buat apa. So cancel pun xdpt balik duit.. harap xda la org lain kena. Boleh cari hotel lain yg lebih berbaloi.
