Hotel Suitable for Solo Business Travel”

This hotel is very near to Mount Austin, Plentong area. Johor Jaya is also near to Taman Molek where the finance street located. The Room is clean, with individual toilet! And the toilet is clean too. Very suitable for solo business traveling, for a stay of 1 or 2 nights. The breakfast is so so, and better breakfast is available nearby.

Always a choice of mine when I'm on business travel to Johor Jaya or Johor Bahru. Very nice hotel and comfortable

New Modern Hotel in JB”

This hotel is located too far from johor bahru city. Without GPS, i don't think i am manage to get the destination. :S The hotel staff will ask you what your vehicle no, they will help to provide the car park voucher for you. :) We are requesting dont want stay in "green" color wall/ bedsheets room during our reservation & confirmation of hotel, but unfortunately we reach there nearly midnight and there is no more option for us. (Although we have make special request earlier):/ Besides, the sound insulation for the room is bad. We wake up few times due to the next door is too noisy.:( It still consider a good condition for short stay as the hotel still very new. ;)

Very new hotel in a decent location”

at first, we had difficulty in locating the hotel, but after some seeking and phone call we found it, and once u are familiar u would release its a good place. its convenient and near to tebrau jusco city, and 24hr mcd is just opposite. the hotel is modern, colourful and new. surprisingly, it pretty well equipped in the room with good quality amenities. the only problem, which to be fair is a common trend for boutique hotels at this price, is the lack of windows. service is good, and oh yes, the sense of security because there are guards watching over the guest cars late at night. for the price, will stay here again :)

Nicest boutique hotel we've stayed in johor so far”

We were quite surprised it took us only about 8min from the woodlands causeway to reach the hotel using the new highway. This hotel has been our favourite getaway for some time. The boutique rooms attracted us to the hotel. The rooms are all different, so we tried a different room each time we stayed,and each time is a new experience for us! The room is very clean and cozy and they offer alot of complimentaries, so we do not need to pay any extra charges like most other hotels there often do. Love the hot shower and the shampoo smells nice! They also have a ssecurity guard in the compound and he patrols around your car. We were given breakfast in the morning and there are many selections to choose from. Overall we enjoyed each time we stay there & it highly recommended!

Nice Room to spend with lover”

The hotel is located at Taman Johor Jaya which very close to my business partner's office. The lobby is very well design and comfort to rest and chit chat with buddy. The room is very romantic and suitable to spend time with lover. But please park your car within reception visible area, I got parking summon just because I parked my car next to the restaurant.

Basic yet decent rooms”

It was during the Raya festive season and all hotels were fully booked up. Rooms Boutique Hotel came to our attention whilst we were checking out the Groupon deals. The pictures of the hotel turned out to be the real images of the hotel - which was a good and honest perception given to guests. Although the location is surrounded by automotive workshops and it was alil quiet, the hotel has proven a quality and value for money stay - with a 24-hour reception and security guard to watch over the guest parking, located on the roadside. The rooms were decent although there were some cigarette smell which didn't really bother us at all. Basic necessities were given such as towels and toiletries including coffee and tea in the rooms. The TV has decent choices of Astro channels as well as Singaporean TV stations. The staff were really helpful in advising us on Legoland and Singapore trips too. If this hotel was in a better location, it certainly will gather more occupancy rates and increased publicity for its budget price hotel but good value for money and stay.

Nice Design and clean room”

3rd time staying at Rooms Boutique Hotel. What else I can add? Probably the service of the staff. I ordered an Executive Room and due to the room is single bed, they provide me the double bed but smaller room which is Design Room. The price is same and the good thing is i no need to carry my baggage to 2nd floor. They arrange it on the first floor as well.

Good room”

First this hotel is hard to locate that we have to call their reception to ask for direction. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were able to park our car fronting the hotel and the parking space was reserved for us for 3 days. The reception was kind and accommodated us kindly. Our room was ok (not so big though) but it is clean and we slept in comfortably ...we will definitely be going back to rooms boutique...

clean rooms and friendly staffs”

rooms boutique hotel is new so everything looks clean. it has contemporary design. cool! staffs are helpful. if we are hungry, we can just walk and find lots of food nearby. it is not far as well from jusco (big shopping mall). however, we regretted that there is no lift. a bit troublesome if you carry a heavy luggage.

Clean & Convenience ”

This is nearby my company's office in Johor, some restaurants nearby. At night could be a bit quiet and no convenience stores nearby. Room was very clean and staff was very good.

Lovely Hotel with great design”

The hotel condition is new and clean with modern design features.It was very pleasant staying at there. I will definitely choose thsi hotel again if I travel to Johor Bahru next trip.

Pleasant with grand hotel”

location was covenient to desaru- for beach seeing, to johor jaya- for eating a delicious and various type of food and beverages, to shopping- tesco, carrefort, jusco and plenty of shop for those whose like to shop, to johor town- for visiting qnd enjoying the nightlife activity around the town area..but that was a mirror comment on this hotel, room was not fully protected by noise pollution, able to hear the sound from outside

value for money”

it was very pleasant staying at this hotel. the location, facilities, price are very satisfying. i'll definitely stay at there again on my next trip to johor.

Boutique Hotel”

Hotel design very nice. Small but comfortable room. Worth every penny. Definitely come back to this hotel if we come down to johor bahru again.

Clean and Good Hospitality, Out of City area ”

Overall was Awesome. But hotel was located not convenient and at night the outside streets look unsafe.. Short Itenary for future couple Travellers without car.. Can take cab from the JB Central taxi stand, @ Flat Fee RM28.50 to Rooms Boutique Hotel. Then cab to nearest shopping mall at Tebrau City (Aeon Mall) cost about RM12 by Meter, there's a lot of food, a HUGE supermarket, and a movie cinema.. Abit hard to find taxi outside the mall.. So we took a cab stationary outside the main entrance RM20.. Room is cosy and worth the price. But sound proof not that good, as u can hear other rooms noise easily.. For cab towards KSL City is about RM18 by meter. Overall experience is awesome!! Worth a try! Would be better if u drive! ^^

nice design and clean room”

2nd stay at rooms boutique hotel and the stay is nice. only thing is they forgot to put the parking ticket on the last two days and there is 3 summons on my wiper when i'm prepared to leave. i pass the summons to the staff and hope they will clear for me.

Great place to stay even if family trip”

Ample space in deluxe room. I love that the design is different than usual budget hotel. Price is a little high but u will get what you pay for. Room is clean enough, provide some necessities that normal hotel would and comes with breakfast! For rm98, it's great deal! My complain probably just wifi being average at 5mbps and constant drop connection. Since the hotel is in industrial area, you won't get many restaurant available around. Overall, it's great place to stay, be it for business stay (if u have the budget) or family stay.

Smaller than expected”

As the title mentioned, the hotel room I had (Deluxe) was smaller than expected. Size wasn't really the main issue since a boutique hotel will usually have relatively small rooms but the photos provided by the hotel did not really reflect the actual state of the room (at least for me). Some of the decorations were no where to be found, one of the hanging lights had the bulb fell off and nobody cared to get it back to a working condition, I'm sure the maintenance and housekeeping would have noticed it as the room will be dark if the blinders are down and that part of the room was really dark. Breakfast was so-so but enough to fill your stomach to get your morning going. As for location wise, it is rather from the main Johor Bahru area but there are shoplots around so access to food is not that difficult. Overall, I would say that this hotel would get an average rating from me. Good enough for a short stay or just a place to sleep but take note of the location if you do not have your own transport.

Value for money”

Was nice enough for the price, good if you have a car to drive around Johor. Clean and well designed. Good for couples.
