Bayu Bay Hotel”
I got there about 45 minutes before the intial check-in time, and my first impression of this hotel was that it's very quiet. I wished they played some background music in the lobby to make it feel more welcoming. During my stay, I stumbled across a few issues: 1. There was a deposit key fee, which I wasn't aware of. It was never stated in the booking process. 2. I booked a room with a single king sized bed, and I was given a twin bed. 3. How I think they reused the bedsheets from their previous guest. - I saw little drops of blood stains on both of the bedsheets of the twin beds, and ripped marks on one of the bedcover. I just don't want to be charged for something I didn't do. I'm just hoping that they will at least change them for the next guest. All in all, I had a pleasant stay here at Bahu Bay. The front desk last was kind enough to let me in 10 minutes early because maybe she saw how exhausted I was (I had just flown in from Jakarta, and I had to walk to the ATM to get the money for the deposit key).

Near Freshmart. Good room, but have to walk three floors up the stairs. Hot shower very good, bed good, tv good but no english movie station like HBO. Wifi very slow, stops a lot.

Arrived there early and couldn’t check in yet, which I knew and was fine. I could leave my bags there which was nice. However they informed me about an IDR 150.000 deposit for the key that was not mentioned on the app. When I came back to check in they asked me about a double bed and that was what I selected on the all so I thought she was just double checking. But in the end that made me need to pay for, since i apparent asked for an upgrade of the room..(?) however when I asked about the extra costs they could not explai to me where they were coming from and were saying the app I booked on made a mistake. Contacted them and they contacted the property for me, which is how I found out the hotel said it was me asking for an upgrade.. it’s not about the money but the principle if they had been honest with me it would’ve been fine.. the room wasn’t the cleanest and there were stains in the bedsheets and towels. Other then that when I checked out they had to check my room before I was getting my deposit back. I understand the deposit but don’t say it’s for the key when it’s actually for the room. Not that I did anything or broke anything in the room, but just be honest and say what it’s for!

Berlokasi disebelah bahu mall (bukan seperti peta di Agoda). Berada di bulevart membuat akses menjadi mudah. Kualitas kamar sebanding dengan harga, hanya kebersihan dapat lebih ditingkatkan terutama plafon2 banyak berdebu dan sebaiknya diberikan keset kamar mandi.
