Twin room only provide 1 towel, no blanket to sleep, soundproof is very very bad. Still need to pay more extra to match their OYO hotel price after booking at Agoda, which the total cost I spent here can get better room at other hotel in Agoda, so no point to book OYO hotel in Agoda.

Wall paint is old dirty yellowish and fall off, ceiling is dirty black, look like burned before, toilet floor a little bit sticky, sink also almost drop off from the wall, corner of the bed also dented… i dunno what else to stay, is totally a terrible hotel experience in my life….but the staff there very good 👍🏻

The receptionists are ok, but only the other staff who make a noisy sound during nighttime till we are unable to get proper sleep. Please behave and think about another customer who needs an adequate sleep and rest from a long trip or work.

The toilet had hair on the floor, and the room was dusty. The hotel was very noisy, I could hear people talking and laughing from other rooms. I couldn't fall asleep the whole time. Other than that, I booked the hotel from Agoda at the price of RM45, but when I arrived there, the receptionist rejected us because they said the price was too low. I ended up paying around RM66. Bad experience overall. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bilik langsung tak kalis bunyi. Sgt bising dgn suara staff housekeeping yg berkumpul dlm bilik yg berdekatan dgn bilik kami. Aircond juga seperti tak berfungsi dengan baik. Buka suhu 17°C dalam bilik yang sempit sepatutnya bilik akan sejuk. Bilik tak sejuk, panas dan tak selesa.
