The location of the hotel quite difficult to find using Google Maps and Waze. I need to Waze for your neighbour Yoon Shen Segamat to locate your hotel. Only this appear on waze. I suggested you to put your hotel location on Maps or Waze. or at least provide us with GPS Coordinate.

Centrally located”

The hotel is located at central segamat with ample of parking at its surrounding area. There are also halal eateries nearby

Nice place, name can be tricky because it's different than listed though”

Everything was nice as needed. I looked at a lot of the rooms. Most were great in and of themselves but as it's next to the main road in town (good and bad) there can be a lot of traffic noise from outside. Otherwise great location close to the bus station, restaurants, even a bowling alley next door. Also.. walking out the back of the hotel and along the river there is a great fruit stand(with the best durian I ever had!) and outdoor night time dining area.

Nice location. Easy to reach. But the hotel dont have lift. Pillows need to be replaced because they are too tight or give more pillow. Overall ok and value for money.

cleanliness good but i found 1 small cocroach..😅 maybe can do a bit proper cleaning from housekeeping..for couple or family to stay just 1 or 2 day, this hotel recomended because in the town area..a lot of food restaurant nearest..i give rating 4star, because a small cocroach..hehe..others i am satisfiy..

Suitable for short stay with low room rate. Not suitable for elder since climb high floor without lift. Quite difficult to find the hotel n located in the old shop lots.

There was only a piece of mattress provided without bed, room was dull and dark, which is totally different from the photo displayed in the website. There was only mattress provided. That's all.. not even have a mirror in the room (except bathroom). A bit noisy.. Other budget hotel are much better..

Price is decent, but cleanliness should not be jeopardized. The air cond is really dusty; sneezed the entire night. Otherwise, value for money.

before i check in also have many hair at floor in room. also the floor not to clean. glass to dirty to use for drink. hope can improve with the cleanliness.

Everything is charged”

A room which can stay for 3 person but when asked to provide a pillow, it was charged RM10. Not even a proper cup but a paper cup was provided. Not convenient even for my child to drink a cup of hot water.

No follow my requestment”

I need a non smoking room, when i check in the room, have a lot of smoke in the room and i can smile smoking.

Hotel Floor”

The floor hotel beside our room sloopy and make my wife fall off. We had most terible moment that time,and rush to clinic for scanning. My wife leg had fractured with damaged skin ,due to this we had to paid extra RM200 for medication and scan. Please take action ..

Good and comfortable room to stay”

It is comfortable and clean room but the stairs is too high and not suitable for those who have older parents

Dirty and noisy ”

No mineral water provided which i deemed as one of the essential part during travel I dont think they have house keeping, from what i experienced they just help me to pack my bed Water leaking in bathroom No lift provided is still acceptable sincw only three floor but the staircase is dirty and muddy Conclusion, i would never book this hotel in future
