There is a big problem when i check in. The staff dont want to give me the room (already paid) because there is another customer already booked the room. we sort that thing out. it take time because the staf give priority to that customer (book the room first). Yes i understand that staff wants to keep the quality of the hotel. But i already paid. the staff receive late e-mail from agoda. After that, we solve the problem. i travel with family, the facilities in this hotel friendly with older people. i have my parents that older. this hotel provided lift, that is why im fight to stay at the hotel. The staff give me clear direction about some place to eat and bank. Thanks a lot to him i have a smooth drive.

This hotel has less port plug. It's hard for us that have 2 phone every person. Plus the remote control of aircond cannot be used. The aircond is not cooling for family suite room. All fine just facilities is poor. Those who read this please brings more extensions for charge your electronic devices. Thanks but not recommend.

Room and bathroom was quite clean and comfortable, except for the bedsheet which had some stains and a hole. Smooth and quick check-in and check-out. Very strategic location, close to MRT & KTM stations, and has a 24/7 mamak shop just next door. Would come back again.

We arrived at the Hotel around 11.30pm - Reception counter mentioned NO rooms available for us..due to guest late check out (room not clean yet) Call OYO customer service help line and complaint regarding this matter and the staff managed to replace our rooms at OYO City Boutique Hotel at Bangi after half an hour waiting.

Poorly managed hotel without much maintenance and upkeeping”
The room we checked in is extremely small, the walking space is so narrow that my rather big sized hubby could barely walk through. The TV was not functioning (technician claimed that nothing could be done), and we had no tele to watch for the whole day & night. We complaint no tv but the hotel didn’t even offer to change us to another room. The water pressure is very low and making showering un-pleasurable. The sheets are clean but the blanket has smell. It seems it’s not washed for months.

I stayed @ 218 room, big space with big bathroom & air condition is good. Only 1 light is not functioning & only 1 switch to charge phone ( There was their TV switch) . They are not provide more socket or extention wires. No sound proving. Can heard whatever who passby the room when they chatting. Look old n different frm photo. 1st enter the room corridor feel scary. Lightning too dark.
