Very nice family suite”
We did not expect the suite will be like a 2 small bedroom. With each of space has its own aircond. Thus there are 3 aircons in the suite. A kichenette, kitchen sink and a water filter with hot/cold water are included too. We are very happy. But there are only 3 tv channels are available so it is kinda bored. The mattress in one of the room was very old and worn out and not as comfortable as it should be.

Got our first room and the bed was making noises, shower head was bad and bad TV reception. How ever the staff over there managed to get us another room but the shower was bad too. Again the staff helped us to get another room and the same problem. This hotel is good value for money but the hotel management really need to look into these small concerns.

The room is dusty and there is a sign warning me of additional surcharges if there are curry/blood stains on the sheets. Quite funny but unnecessary to know. The wifi is not adequate. The shower isn't too comfortable. At least the toilet has a hose. No toothbrush /paste are served, so do take note.

I request a non smoking room but the room has a very strong cigratte smell and ashtray. Not to mention the toilet is dirty and there is a weird smell. The facilities such as is also like broken. The room doesn't give out any comfortable vibe for me to stay. I straightly checked out after I saw the room condition.

Harga bilik yang ditawarkan berpatutan. Terdapat kemudahan lif disediakan dan staf amat membantu. Tetapi dari aspek kebersihan bilik amat mendukacitakan terutama lantai, langsir serta toilet yang kotor dan memerlukan pembersihan yang kerap. Tv disediakan tetapi tidak dapat berfungsi langsung.

Tv wujud tapi xde siaran. Dapat bilik kepala aircond berdengung je dekat luar dinding. Ko rasa lena tidur x? Lantai bhabuk, dinding berdebu. Rambut siapa ntah bsepah atas lantai. Xsesuai langsung istilah “myhome”. Aku syak cadar tu berapa kali cuci entah.. kes tv tu aku rasa memg tv dkt hotel ni xada siaran langsung. Dgn keadaan tv tu aku tgk mcm nak tcabut dr dinding, lepastu masa check in xmention pulak tv xde siaran. Bila kita call baru ckp xde siaran. Esok² baru ada hahahahahaha. Nonsense!!
