Ideal stop-over hotel with its own stylish”

yes, its convenient and most economical, suitable for stop-over stay or even regular or irregular business person. easy access to all highway, even with the neighbouring supermarkets and shopping mall. and the best part is the wholesale and retail grocery marts, is very huge just similar to giant or carrefour,to name a few. price wise,yes, is cheap by at least 10 to 20 oints to compare with the regular friendly store. its situated right behind the said hotel, you can even see their stores from the hotel window, once you check in at room 202..........must try!!!!

nice hotel with nice staff”

hotels reception staff is helpful and pleasant,house keeping is good,night security guard is also helpful,at a walking distance of about 10 min. is a gym, internet cafe and restaurants where u can enjoy.i think proper ventillation is a problem there because when someone smoke outside my room ,i felt the smoke inside my room which is uncomfortable for a non smoker,i hope hotel can find some solution to this.

A User Friendly Hotel”

This hotel is found through internet and the booking was done online without much problem. The overnight stay at this hotel is great and comfortable except a little smelly of smoking of cigarette. The hotel should draw up "smoking zone" and non smoking zone". Price wise is reasonable for budget visitors. It is highly recommended for potential visitors to Kuala Lumpur.

Clean room, quiet stay”

It was a quick one. Checked in at about 8pm or so. The staff who attended me knew that I was in a hurry and assisted me to get my room in order. The hotel is close to several malls but require public transportation or your own. Left the next day at 9am to a religious event.

Easy access but rooms are small”

a nice concept of budget hotel franchise, located in suburban locations. checking in process was a little slow but agoda voucher is not the problem, it's the usual hotel issues (room/keys not ready etc). the room is clean but small, may be that's how they can keep the rate relatively low. bed was ok but tv reception was not & no astro. some snack/food/drink is available for sale near the front desk and the price is very reasonable, that's a helpful feature since there's no eating establishment nearby. overall, i'll recommend the hotel for some who's looking for a cheap and clean accomodation in the area.

Friendly staffs with excellent service !!”

The staffs are very friendly in providing service. They always put on a cheerful smile with kind greeting to guest. All in all, i appreciate the nice and wonderful service provided by all the staffs. I will stay in that hotel again next time in my future trip.

small room ”

the facility of the hotel is not good in setapak. The bathroom is not cleaned very well when we check in. Hot & cold water dispenser is available outside the room. I saw many review stated that very noisy outside but maybe i go during Hari Raya, so the restaurant is closed.

Nice Hotel with nice service”

It was the best budget hotel. Been staying in different kind of budget hotel for few years down, but this hotel is simple and clean. But the TV set is non-functional because once the clock ticked on 12 o'clock... the TV is out of service... and the room is still left bit smoking odor... overall the room is good... better than what i imagine..

Suitable for short stay”

The room is quite small but if your purpose is only to take a short break (i.e., be in the hotel for sleep only) , this would be sufficient. Good value for money, warm services from the staff. Overall, it was a good stay for me and my family.

Good value”

The most impressive part is the cleanliness of the room. I have say, for the price I paid, its definitely the cleanest as compared to other hotels I have been to. The bathroom can be considered a bit too small, but, as I only slept there for one night, I guess its acceptable. You can use the iron with a deposit of RM 50, not bad for a budget hotel, although I had to iron my clothes on the bed :)

Small but tidy”

This hotel was booked for my staffs to stay during their training at Setapak. The location is good but regret that there was no water supply at daytime. Both two groups of my staffs complained of no water supply during their stays recently.

Exceptional”

The room was rather small but ok for me. The air-con was cold. Convenient location as close to Gaint Hypermarket, Parkson and Econsave. Only disadvantage is parking. You need to pay at RM0.80 per hour (Monday - Saturday - 7.30am till 6pm). Night parking is free.

Room nice, price affordable,staff helpful, facilities good. Just this hotel near to roadside, so noisy with the sound of motorcycles.

Nice stay overall, with clean room and quiet room for resting. A very short stay but truly will be in the list to revisit this hotel when come for working trip again.

Good budget hotel”

I booked a room with a queen bed and it is very small. Only suitable for solo travelers or those who only intend to sleep and spend the rest of the day outdoors.

Value for money, worth staying over.”

Nice and clean place, room is a bit tight but cosy. Breakfast was served a bit late at 9.00am, hope can be earlier by 7.00am or even 7.30am. Nearby other amenities and eateries, which is good.

Clean & has everything under the budget price”

The stay was pleasant as we only needed a sleeping room and get washed. It has everything we needed - towels & body shampoo, Tv, Aircon. Bed was comfortable. However, it would be great if there was a small elevator. Also, doors closing in the nearby rooms were noisy & noises could be heard at night when we were sleeping. Generally good.
