Worst studio apartment ever”

Super dodgy location, like you won't even know if people are doing illegal activities in there (unless of course you aim to be doing it so it's a perfect place for you). Parking is extremely annoying to be located and then it's always full (though they'll tell you there are plenty of parking, but you gotta walk super far). Check-in process was super slow and inefficient. Those agents will ask you to drive to another building's lobby to meet them, then you gotta queue and stand to wait for them distributing keys. Sometimes they don't even remember your booking and too lazy to refer to the paperwork so they'll ask you instead. Really bad security, ON TOP OF THAT you don't get access card to access the door of the building. So the security has to always tap you in and tap you out. What kind of inconvenience is that especially late at night when the security is not even there at the counter. Then they'll even ask you to sign in/register on a guest book everytime there's a change of shift.

Trouble in switch to TV . Shower absolutely slow . No cutleries , plates ,glasses and so on .”

Bed not comfortable , air con not so cold . Rooms not cleaned and bath towels not changed for the 2nd day stay.

TERRIBLE APARTMENT,NOT WORTH IT”

Just below average.I would like to express my dissatisfaction of the below OYO which I stayed recently: What I found that is was not the same as described in the web. 1) The Unit & building quite old & not maintained as described. 2) TV cannot watch at all because of no channel & no Android box provided as been told earlier by Staff in charge while check in. 3) Unit got WiFi but no password given as per check in time. 4) Air Cond cannot be control by remote as it was not functioning. 5) Water pressure very-very weak resulting Shower & Bidet very-very slow. 6) One of the window don’t have curtain, resulting of bright sunlight coming in early in the morning disturbing our sleep & rest. 7)Toiletries not provided. 8) The Bed was not even; so not comfortable & uneasy to lay down! 9) Finally, the check out process also a bit slow.

Toilet not clean Coackroaches everywhere Mattress not comfortable Curtain only got half of it Why on earth you can't ask your staff to go straight to halo sunday for check in or check out purpose instead by asking customer itself to walk over to myloft. Waste of time. Completely not satisfied with the amenities provided.

It's like Narnia ”

Curtain was half so when the sun is up it was brighter than my future. Toilet bidet was broken so you'll have experience finishing your business with the bowl provided in the kitchen just like the ancient time. The mattress was so therapeutic as you can feel the springs poking your back like acupuncture mat. TV android box is only for display. Microwave sounded like you have live fireworks in the room recommended for celebrating occasions, it has smokes too.

Pro- The room is spacious n location okayy, parking is free of charge Cons- Water heater not working well, keep on on n off, water splash out while shower, broken hair dryer (been replaced with another one), small tiny cockroaches running here n there in the basin..

The place is not One Utama. It is Empire City. Please edit that cos it was a headache trying to locate the place. Very dissapointed.

Tempat ok... Selamat krn terdapat security's. Jimat duit utk pengalaman gaya hidup elegan.... View ok.... Bilik pon ok... Sesuai utk pasangan berkahwin ataupun yg inginkan privasi. Pastikan call dulu staff sebelum datang... Sebab di situ tiada counter hotel.... Kene check in di bangunan sebelah....
