SHOULD CLEARLY STATE NO GUARANTEED PARKING SPACE IN THE ADVERTISEMENT”

I had a bad experience with carpark after checked in at 2am. There was no carpark available , can u imagine how traumatise i was travelling with small kids. i had to park about 150meters away from the building as private secured parking in expressionz not available and i was not allowed to park at nearby private parking space under Bernama as there was an event the following day in Bernama building next to Expressionz. I was already dizzy, sleepy and tired at 2am after long journey, i was so angry at that time. The reason why I chose the serviced apartment was because i thought there will be a secured parking space for each apartment but I was wrong. So, I had to park in public parking space at the side of the road near the National Library. No big issues with other things.

Need some improvement”

The room overall was great but there are some weird smell near the toilet during my stay but it is not coming from the toilet itself. The smell as if someone pee at there. As for improvement, the management can add foot mat for the toilet unless they want the customer to use their towel as the foot mat. Might also add at least 1 simple chair and table so customer can do their job especially on business trip.

Was transferred to M3 Tower alongside Jalan Ampang due to overbooking which I believe was very inefficient. Was told that the system still allows for new booking when there is no room available. Overall, hopefully this issue is resolved now and wont be experienced by anyone in future.

sucks!”

i requested for early check in. not so early actually, around 2pm, but they asked me to pay RM50 for early check in. need to pay deposit RM300 + RM10 for parking, in which to me too expensive. besides, the room not so clean, the pipe at the toilet also broken. will never stay here again.
