Great location”

This guesthouse is in a fantastic location - in the heart of Chinatown and an easy walk to the LRT, MRT and train. We were surprised how quiet it was given our window was over the marketplace. At first our airconditioning didnt' work at all and the room was sweltering, but after hassling the front desk for a few hours. at midnight we were given a new, larger room with good aircon, which we appreciated.

Terrible experience & big disappointment!”

Don't book here if you expect a new hotel with stylish rooms as they advertise themselves. In reality this is an old hotel (Soho City Hotel) renamed, where the WIFI does not work, the room wall full of stains, the toilet flush not working, the bathroom sink leaking, the corridors smelling of smoke and the staff totally unfriendly and rude (except for one young guy). Especially if you make any complaints or ask politely for another room (which we never got). Better save your money and nerves and book another hostel!!!

REAKED of smoke ”

Allowed smoking - well everywhere. You couldn't go in the hallway, elevator or even open the door to your room without bringing in a giant cloud of smoke. If it weren't for that, I would have considered our stay satisfactory. It's a budget accommodation (emphasis on budget). AC was poor, location was great, room decent.

We're sacrified about hotel (receptionist, services and security). But should change their name on web into "Soho city hotel". After all, we had a nice trip. Tk Agoda, I'll choose u for the next trip ^^

We walked for many hour to find the hotel eventhough its located in China town because the name of the hotel it's different from the name that we've booked.We found that the big sign name "Soho hotel", that's "OYO Rooms Jalan Petaling Chinatown hotel". We visited there as a foreigner.Moreover when we were checkin the girl at the reception got upset on us because we didnt understand her english accent as well and took the information of hotel booking a bit slow eventhough she can find the booking information in the taplet.After we found the booking number she has just using the taplet to check booking number and acted like unpleasant to us.To become impression to the customers I hope that the hotel will improve the mistakes to make it better.

very good location, in the middle of the city and china town (very crowded around), but the room is quiet, good AC, enough space, comfortable bed; the bathroom is not the best, the toilet was a bit broken -but still okay

The hotel located in the Chinatown. Night time a bit noisy. The room that we stay is noisy and air-cond is leaking. The air-cond is not cold.

酒店名字和地址都是假的，实际是叫soho city，前台电话打不通，好不容易联系到，打死都不肯说地址，1点到茨厂街，直到3点才找到酒店，前台英文还非常差，酒店设施也就国内差不多价格酒店的水平
