Exceptional”

A nice place with clean well maintained and tastefylly furnished rooms. Very high standard. Well placed. Right behind the Nahon Sawan beautiful park, walking distance to the licely night bazar. The yellow hop on/hop off taxi gets you there from the busvterminal for 10 Bahts. Nakhon sawan wat is a few blicks down to the left. And warth a visit at prayer times Very comfortable! The staff is also extremly nice, however, the reception staff was a little hard to understand Note: there's a second place about 50 meters down the block, named P. A. Thani. They are the same chain but not the same place. If you get first to PA Thani, they transfer you with their vehicle to PA Place. Warmly recomended! .

Affordable Hotel Close to City Center”

Hotel close to the city center, just south of central Nakhon Sawan park. Fairly new hotel with a somewhat modern look. Fairly cheap. Can be booked cheaper at hotel, if rooms are available. Around five city blocks to Fairyland mall, which lies east of the hotel. A bit further in the other direction is Big C. 7-11 is just outside the hotel parking lot on the main drag. Hotel has a decent restaurant and room service, which cost a bit more than on the street and is served in smaller portions (the wife wasn't happy about that one). Wi-Fi box gave out a pretty weak signal even from only a room away from it. Hotel is pretty active, with both Westerners and Thais using hotel. It also looked like the hotel caters to long-term stays, as well. Also, there is restaurants with in the area of the hotel so you have to eat at the hotel's facility or go down to the mall of Big C. Of course, you can also survive on the alligator food at 7-11. Overall a fair hotel at an excellent price.

Excellent value”

Excellent room for the small price. American breakfast included, central to most things in the City central, can walk to the Park and shopping malls, efficient and friendly staff. Can not go wrong with this Hotel. Beware, many hotels start with " P.A " Only go to the PA Place hotel.

Clean, convenient, cheap, no thrills, no street noise.”

Stay here a lot when visiting family. I’ve tried most other places in the city and this is the best compared to even the 4 star places I’ve stayed in. Has onsite washing machine and drier, next to a 7-11 and in the centre of town. Enough parking and staff friendly though English is limited. A good 3 star hotel in the Thai fashion so it doesn’t have hair driers, or kettle though you can use one in the lobby. Big fridge and they don’t have power off keys so your drinks stay cold. They have an on-site Thai restaurant that also does room service and breakfast at quite low prices for good quality.

A fantastic hotel for the price”

The only real issue we had was the air conditioning leaking and flooding our room, but it was easily sorted. The staff were very friendly, although spoke very little English. The views surrounding the hotel aren't great, but then again, you are in the middle of the city. There are a few bars close by and the Big C shopping center is a very short walk. The bed could have been softer but for the price we paid, there are certainly no complaints about the hotel from us. We had a very plesant stay.

I used deluxe and standards both of them. first deluxe It has an old apple desktop computer But it is no problem for searching google Modern Samsung led TV with over 100s channel including some english channel So in case you are tired of touching your smartphone for searching information it is a good chance to relax your fingerprint But It has a problem. Balcony light gathers amount of insects it is not bed bug or mosqito but still looks not good. So If you are smoker, probably you open window a lot to go for smoke. So you'd better stay backside roon from main gate of this hotel) Standard room No desktop little old sony tv without hd screen but the other thing was same I don't know every standard room is backside or not but at least my room was back side from front gate. So no light no insects no worries and I didnt want to go back to Bangkok. Many people said this hotel ages but cleaness is quite good. Only Front balcony light makes a problem.

In the heart of the city.”

Good hotel. 6th floor with a view of city. Lift up to the room so no stairs. 15 minute walk to the lake and bar area. Hotel very nice rooms. Staff welcoming and helpful. Bed was really comfy, air-con worked well. Would stay again. Recommended.

Good place to stay”

Very well organised and efficient hotel. Place runs like clockwork. Really good room. Just don't bother with the American style breakfast. Go for one of the rice options. Also, had English language to channels. Overall a safe and very clean place to stay.

Good value hotel ”

Location is good rooms are good size and clean housekeeping will make up room every day even if you stay for extended period. Good budget hotel has top sheet on bed which is great. Staff friendly and food at restaurant reasonable price.

Great Place to Stay for a Night or Two”

This hotel is conveniently located near the main highway and is a great place to stop over for a night between Chaing Mai and Bangkok. It was affordable, included a delicious complimentary breakfast and had a prompt, cheerful and caring staff. Our room could have been cleaned better but I would not say it was dirty by any stretch of the word. Likewise the bed was not a true matress but rather a firm pad . Overall I was very impressed by the staff and the kitchen made food worth stopping for even if you don't end up staying the night.

Good service”

The hotel is well located. Provided good service at a reasonable price. A room was clean, has cable TV, hot shower (the shower was broken a bit), in-room wifi signal was OK. The hotel also provided free coffee and tea 6.00 am-4.00pm but during the time we stayed it was 24 hrs service located in front of the lift at the first floor. Breakfast as ordered was fine.

Best value hotel I have seen”

CLEAN, GREAT VALUE, HARD THAI STYLE BED”

This is a low price hotel, so the money value is great. Staff friendly. They have a Tuk Tuk to take you to the bus station for 60b. They have a massage girl that can come to your room for 300b. I would go back if they had a farang friendly softer bed. I do not sleep well on the Thai hard pads. The place was clean. My only complaint is the hard mattress pad.

warmly recommended. there's the park right bhind. To get to the park, go out the white gate(after you go past the reception aand down the few steps) take the first left turn and then the first right and walk straight down to the park. it's beautiful. The night market is also very impressive. It's a couple of blocks down to the left of the hotel and along the river road. on the way you can visit the beautiful Nachon Swan watt

Close to city center”

I was travelling through the city going north, this hotel was an ok stop-over, nice rooms with working internet and a huge parking lot, perfect for a city that seemed to be standing still in rush hours. The restaurant didn't look like much but being located in the center, I guess it would be easy to find something else while sightseeing.

Good value, friendly staff, comfortable room”

The room was quite comfortable, with a sofa, desk and chair, large refridgerator, balcony, free wifi etc. The aircon worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was little hard but I slept well. We had our free breakfast delivered to the room. Breakfast was from 6 to 12 which is nice for late sleepers. I would recommend this hotel.

Bright clean hotel in the center of town”

Stayed for a week. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom clean. It is located very close to everything. Suitable for budget travellers but you get a generous sized room for the price. Staff were always courteous and helpful. They also had 2 tuk tuks of their own so you could be taken anywhere around town for a small fee.
