Super comfy beds & ambient design”

Initially I booked my stay just for 1 night but I ended up staying 4. The quality is really high, seems it's been just opened for the guests. I loved the bed mattress and extra soft bed linen. The wooden elements and vintage light bulbs made the ambience relaxing and cosy. The staff was helpful. I asked for an additional fan as I don't enjoy using AC too much. The room is equipped with all necessary amenities including hair dryer, kettle and beach towels. I also enjoyed hammocks in the morning. The location is excellent as it is close to several restaurants, which are still open after the covid lockdown. 5 minutes walk to the pier. I had a great stay there! Hope to come back to Phi Phi paradise some time again.

I wouldn't normally review a hotel we haven't stayed in but we had to cancel at very short notice due to a nasty bout of food poisoning and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They cancelled without charge and were totally understanding - even with the lack of custom over covid. We would definitely come back to stay here in future

Great value for money”

Nice, clean, modern hostel. We had one of the larger double rooms which has all you need - good shower, excellent bed (super comfortable mattress!!), small fridge, modern large TV, small storage area. All in all really great. Bathroom could be a bit bigger with some more storage but ok. As clearly advertised on their website and on Agora, the hotel does not offer meals or breakfast, and there are plenty of breakfast options close by. Location in the middle of the village does give you easy access to all - 7 eleven, restaurants, boat trips, bars... We did not experience any noise at night and had a really good sleep (though the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours, but everybody was considerate so no problem). The staff even came to the ferry pier to pick us up and collected our luggage for us - we did not expect this - excellent service for a low cost ho(s)tel. Would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay”

We stayed one night only (unfortunately), but we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was super new, and the staff was really carrying, polite and welcoming. The hotel is in the center, so close to everywhere impornant and they also picked us from port (a man was standing there with a hotel sign and guided us to hotel, helping with our backpacks). Bed was soft and comfy, everything clean and put together. And it seems the staff speaked english quite well.im definitely come back here again

Gorgeous Modern Central Spot”

This is a goegeous, what feels very new hotel. The rooms and communal areas a lovely and the location os great for exploring/ getting to the beaches. Only downside is that if you aren't planning to be out late its quite noisy and our particular room (402) backed on to some sort venue where we unfortunately listened to a 3 hour screaming match /fight in the early hours.

Lovely stay!!”

The hotel locate only 5 mins from the pier, there is lot of restaurant and shop near by so plenty of options to eat and buy stuff. We did not hear noise at night from our room, the bed blanket and pillow is unbelievable we did not want to wake up. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I definitely come back here again.

Nice hotel, unconcerned staff and so so maintenance”

This hotel has a lot of potential and is beautifully designed, great location and is pretty much brand new. I understand it’s covid time and there isn’t that many guests here but the quality of service and respect for guests shouldn’t be reduced. We both felt that some of the staff was unconcerned with our significant issue in our room. The AC compressor / condenser outside in 301 is very loud and vibrates violently when on. The whole wall and part of the room felt like it was shaking. It was impossible to sleep even with my earplugs. We had to turn our bed around to lessen the noise but still it was impossible to sleep for 4 nights. We told the front desk receptionist about this but the 2 staff that came to check on it said it was louder than normal and would move us to a lower class room for one night so we could sleep while they try to fix the next day. That room was quiet but it was moldy and smelly since water clearly leaked from the ceiling (big mold stain). I usually do not get allergies but it affected me all night. The next day they said they tried to fix the AC and it sounded a little better for a couple hours then it was back to the original loud low frequency sound. We told the lady receptionist and that future guests shouldn’t have to go through this and please fix it. She’s seemed unconcerned and did nothing. We paid through Agoda but they made a rude comment about how cheap we paid. Like since we got a good deal we were not worth pleasing and we didn’t deserve fair customer service! There definitely was an attitude against me and she never smiled at me. Never said hello to me during our 4 night stay or said goodbye at the end. Never asked about how our day went or if we needed anything. Just wanted us to leave and not handle the no sleep for 4 nights! We couldn’t wait to leave and get rest somewhere else. Also the hot water goes on and off so when you shower get ready for scalding got water then cold water every 10 seconds. The sink and toilet leaked

Good hotel with lots of nearby restaurants and bars”

Pros: The hotel staff came to pick us from the pier itself. Staff was very friendly. Beds were very good and comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Cons: There was a very bed smell on first day, I think it was due to lockdown as the rooms were closed for long time. The family room lacked Balcony, there is no way to dry out inners or wet clothes.

We love this hotel. We stayed at deluxe type and a room is big. Bed is so comfy, and full facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Worth to paid.

Great hospitality”

We had a lovely stay staff were kind and help me with anything. The bed super comfy. The hotel located 5 mins from the pier so it’s a good base to discover the island. By the way I love the hammock garden on roof top. Very lovely hotel

Friendly staff and great service ”

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time. The staff let us use the hotel’s private bathroom after we were checked out. They also let us take a bath inside. Sadly when checked in the room had some hair inside and a small scent of cigarettes even though the room was non-smoking. There was a staff who helped carry our luggage to the pier. Overall we had a good experience.

Nice hotel for the price”

We had a nice brand new room, all equipments and furniture was in good condition. Had a problem with hot water in shower as it was very slow and not heating properly. Overall good experience.

Quiet hotel in the heart of Phi Phi”

Clean hotel for basic needs, located in the very middle of the town, so that you can get everywhere very fast.

This is new hotel everything is goood!, location a bit far but overall it is worth every money. The hotel does not have any other facility such as gym or swimming pool but there is a rooftop that you can chill

Was staying on weekdays during COVID ,when the island was quiet. Location is on the walking street, near the market and beaches, convenient to walk and explore the island daytime and nighttime.
