DECENT HOTEL”

I usually stay in Pacific Express Central Market but since it was fully occupied that day, I book my stay here. The room & facilities are different from the other. No complimentary coffee sachets but cups, jug & water bottle was there. Guest would have to fetch themselves hot water at the water dispenser. For bathroom amenities, there is only one bar soap & 2 in 1 body wash & shampoo dispenser attached. No hot shower controller, the temperature is fixed. Major water leakage coming out from the shower & pipe hose (Room 8405). Thin duvet & hard mattress. Limited TV channels. My room is with window facing Chinatown. For tourist, they might find this hotel at a strategic location. Anyways, the staff are cheerful despite handling many guests at one time alone.

New and Nice”

Everything is still new and clean. Housekeeping is doing good works. Daily change of bed sheet and towel. Iron and hot drinking water dispenser are located at corridor each floor. Awesome location - easy to find food and public transport. Texas Chicken and 7-11 just at ground floor. Hotel has coffee house too. Chinatown is just across the road. Walking distance to Dataran Merdeka for marathon event. Good security - you need access card to enter your floor and room. Air conditional working well. Will come again.

Amazing Stay at Pacific Express Hotel Chinatown”

Had an amazing stay at this brand new hotel right outside the the bustling Chinatown. Location was great but what impressed us was the staff at the front desk. Their service level was top notch and were always eager to help. Will definitely stay here our next trip to KL.

Perfect!”

I can say this was the best service i had ever experienced. The staffs were very helpful and polite. I can choose wherever room i want - which floor, type of bed, how big. Plus, the staff allowed me to enter back my room for zohor prayer at 1.15pm although i had checked out. The room and toilet was spacious, clean, carpetted, had electric kettle. There were many marts nearby and 7eleven was just outside the lobby. There were 2 lrt stations that accessible by foot, lrt pasar seni (5 min walk) and lrt masjid jamek (10 min walk). The hotel was just opposite the petaling street. So, beware if you walk at late night as there were many homeless. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here and would love to go again in future. Keep up your good service :)

Extended Stay Here ”

What a great pleasure to share this great hotels with others. Due to Covid-19 travel restriction, I was on call daily to check for travel itinerary. But, it seems to be another extended day here. Definitely gonna recommend this place for their great services. Friendly staffs, great location and cleanliness is up to standard. Cheers!

Stayed alone for transit a night”

Stayed a night. Was cheaper to book and get the room through agoda rather than get it from the reception. Price was almost half price difference. Great location as got lots to see nearby. I have only one complaint as the air cond takes a long time to cool the room, and its a pity as everything else is good with this place. Recommend for couples too

affordable price but the carpet in the room need vacuum more because the carpet is a bit dirty but totally nice place to staff and the room size also big and nice.

He hotel located right in the mid point for tourist attraction spots. Walking distance to China Town, Indian street and also Central market

Requires Improvement”

We stayed in triple room. It comes with limited power sockets design, which provides 2 power sockets only while 1 of it is malfunctioned. The toilet is clean but there is smell from drain hole. The bathroom drain hole is clogged. Overall, the room is acceptable but its facilities require improvement.

Great stay but maintenance taking too long”

Clean and new amenities in the room. However, electricity power shutdown was conducted in the night of our stay which took so long for the power to be back up. Maybe one off maintenance but that was the only downside of the stay

receptionist not polite, and not even say hi, just keep quite until he ask for money... just trained or change the receptionist and im sure the review of this hotel will be better..

Disappointing House Keeper”

Floor toilet not replaced and refuse not disposed for 3 days until I told the house keeping staff who claimed other staff serviced my room. Pillow cases and bed sheet not replaced for the entire 6 days stay. The carpet floor never vacuum at all and with red colour stained infront of the bed area that can cause confusing feeling. This hotel was selected because newly complete refurished and excellent location. During my stay I experienced big groups for 1-night stopover stay. The reception lady staff was helpful and good PR. Recommend to friends on ONLY SHORT-TERM STAY (only for the room).
