Over night at Pacific Residence”

The staff were very welcoming and checkin was quick. We were given room 401 and had a problem with no water for the shower. The staff arranged for a room switch within minutes. The building is a little old however the rooms have been renovated and new bedding, TV, fridge etc, wifi was fantastic. I would recommend Pacific Residence for a short stop over in central Hat YaI

Good location ”

This hotel is across the street from Red Planet. The bus from the airport can stop here if you tell the driver to stop at Red Planet. Bus fare is 60 baht. Central Hat Yai is within walking distance. Not a bad stay for few days. Big room but not much natural light. Overall it’s good. Recommended

Old apartment with new style”

Most of my stay in Hat Yai were tremendous. This premise is an old apartment that been turn into a modern resident.

Exceptional”

this is my 1st time booking hotel using Agoda and choose to stay at Pacific Residence . Firstly, i wonder its ok not cause i bring a group of people to stay here. and ya, we are feel so good. the process of registration, cleanliness, all going well. and i am prefer if you looking for extra towel or other just ask from housekeepingg rather than counter service.

Quite A good hotel”

The building is quite alright and the hotel did some renovation- esp. the bath room. The shower water pressure is low,which l feel could be the problem of the heater. The basin and others water outlet pressure are fine. Some rooms due to its location which do not hv a good view and windows which they hv not made any changes are not lockable. The location is quite central-which is near to Robinson and Lee garden. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful and cable tv hv english chn like Chn Newsasia and CCtv. What else you ask for at this price?

Cheap but decrepit ”

For twelve US dollars this was a decent place to spend the night. Big bed. Strong air conditioning and that’s about it. The room was dirty, bathroom moldy. Windows are very old and had huge cracks in them. The noise from the stree woke me up constantly at night. I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel across the street - red planet - is newer and cleaner. Rooms aren’t noisy and aircon works well. I stayed there before and would go back again instead on pacific residence.

Value with money but low water pressure ”

This hotel is value for money and clean. The only thing is low water pressure. I booked at level 5 for 2 rooms. But 505 has low water pressure. And for muslim travellers, there are several muslim restaurant nearby such as Mustafa restaurant and Mahliam restaurant. Both prices are affordable mind that you state how many dish serving that you want prior ordering. Thank you for the smile and warm hospitality.

Great room”

I recently book 2 room but during check in, the sfaff ofter me a family room. The room where great and nice for me and my friends. I think all room currently in progress of renovation. Good place to stay since near to town, restaurant and train station, other place is easy to go just by booking a Grabcar. Always my favorites hotel apartment to stay.

Deluxe double room”

room is spacious with the price paying. The room has fridge and hair dryer, it would be better if hotel can provide kettle in the room or water dispenser on each floor. Aircond and shower need to be improved, the nearest 7-11 is 4 to 5 minutes away, other than that it is a pleasant place to stay. Near to Lee Garden (around 7-10 minutes walk, environment is quiet during night time, good for light sleeper. CIMB Bank is just a block away). There is a taxi / airport transfer office attached to the hotel, you can get a seat on shuttle van to airport by paying THB 100 per pax.

Excellent”

The space in the hotel room is great & very clean. All necessary things were provide prefectly like a soup, shampoo, mineral water & so on. Just one thing I’m not so satisfied is the water pressure at the shower. Hope in the hotel management will fix it & it will make others people who come stay in the hotel happy & will always come again. Thank you. Love from Malaysia

Family-2 King beds”

We are travelling in group of 4 people. Overall comment we are very satisfied with this room. We got the room same level with their lobby. The comments on the room and the facilities: 1. The room is spacious. We got a lot of space especially for praying (for muslim travellers). 2. The water pressure is okay. 3. They have the room service. 4. They got a lot of TV channel to watch. 5. Air-conditioning is good. 6. They do provide iron so no need to bring. The iron is so easy to use. 7. Have microwave and pantry. Recommended to stay especially for large group of 6 people.

A very nice place to stay with the cheaper price and good location. The room is bigger than expected. Got aircond and fan in the room, a huge fridge as well. Highly recommended!

near to muslim restaurant especially kaitod decha restaurant and lee garden night market. 5 minutes walking from hotel. iron is provided. free mineral water in room everyday. room comfortable with air cond, tv, 2 sofa, freezer, wardrobe, make up table. toilet clean with hot shower and toiletries.

Budget stay”

Large room with affordable price but car parking is the main problem for this hotel...have to pull the door for let the door really locked, otherwise the door still can open even it's has been locked

water pressure ”

need to improve the water pressure because it look like your water piping is the old pipe that was used and you didn't replace with new water pipe when you renovate the whole apartment.the previous name of this apartment is not pacific residence and is call another name .

Excellent credits be given to their Friendly staff and management that able to abide to your resonable requests with prompt action. Easy access to most of the amenties like minutes to food and shopping areas. However, basic things like water heater flow is very slow that needs to change as apply to most of the rooms ,especially no.401 , 301 .lf solved, l recomend this place to those who have budget and want best facilites .keep it up!

Very worth it”

Room with big space, aircond very cold..a large bed..The only 1 problem is hotel no provide parking..have to park at roadside beside the hotel..roadside got heavy urine smell because i saw some tuk tuk driver pee at there

Allowed booking even all rooms sold out”

I have booked a deluxe double -1 king bed for 1 night stay on 31st Aug 2019. When I get there to check in, the receptionist told us the roon I booked was full and will arrange tuk-tuk transport us to another stay at mana residence which is 15min from the there. I was frustrated , one the reason we book here is because it is within walking distance in city centre ie lee garden plaze street. If we move to the place they arrange (2km frm centre), it is not convenience as need to take tuk-tuk every time need travel to city centre. After discussing /argue they offer a standard room and even want charge us baht 550 for "upgrading " us. I was ready not understand the way it works, it's your mistake to let us book a sold out room and want us pay for youe mistake? Furthermore the so call standard room is more like " down grade " to me , the room has no refrigerator and kettle and the bed looks old . Very much differ from deluxe double room I booked. To summarize, it was a bad experience .

Triple room, spacious, very clean, some mozzies. ”

Pros - triple room no 101 is a huge room, relatively modern decor, clean interior, nice bathroom, staff didnt speak much english but were relatively friendly. Cons - erratic wifi, some mosquito problems, towels were yellowish and werent very clean looking, about 10 minute walk to main night market area, but near Robinsons mall. Still, all nice areas not too far away.

shocked to know the booking is not in their hotel system”

booked a day before check-in with 'Pay at Property' payment, no credit payment available. Received Booking Confirmation from Agoda. On the check-in day I was shocked to know the booking is not in their hotel system. Luckily there is still room available with same price i've booked.
